The community offers a nearby ski trail with easy access to Deer Valley Resort's slopes, as well as a year-round common area hot tub, underground shared parking, outdoor pool and tennis court during the summer months.

Ski-out access trail leads to Last Chance (Blue Level) and then Success (Green Level) ski runs. You will end up at Snow Park Lodge. To return home, take the Home Stake or Carpenter Express chair, then take the SilverLink trail to the access trail. Then it's a 1/2 block walk down Royal Street East to Sterling Drive to Ridgepoint's private access trail. Maps are included in photos.
