Checkin was quite easy. The unit was fairly clean, floors needed to be mopped. The 2nd bath shower could use a good scrubbing as well as maybe some caulk replacement that was quite discolored. The pool was wonderful and the location was great

Excellent location and fantastic room. Host was also exceptional with clear description and good contact throughout my stay. Great access to the strip if you want but also easy to avoid if you dont. No casino or anything like that in the resort which was nice. We were there for CES 2026 and it is right next to one of the main venues at the Venitian Expo. I will definitely stay here next time I am in LV.

Our unit was not updated. There were several issues-lamps/plugs not working, door hardware coming off, dirty carpeting in the hallways and a very long walk from the front desk to the unit. I would not recommend this as property

It needed to be cleaned. The floors were filthy and by the shower in the small bathroom, there was so much dirt in the corner not sure if it was mold or what. One of the sheer curtains in the front room was hanging on the floor. It looks like somebody stepped on it and ripped the stitching. I feel it was very expensive for the quality. The people at the front desk were awesome.

The host was excellent and always communicative. The request for a room away from Koval was accommodated to get us to a quieter section of the complex, which was appreciated. Two small issues with the room were communicated to the front desk at checkout, so I don't know if they were resolved o not, but the room was otherwise very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Only real downside was the 150 admin charge, which I'm VERY unhappy about as it added no value. Seems like a backdoor way to reinstate resort fees. I will definitely take this into account on future VRBO stays, as it makes the property only barely competitive with other options.
