This is an RV, it will be full of water when you arrive, but you will need to be aware of water use

There is a 40 gallon black and 40 gallon gray tank as well as a 40 gallon fresh. You can fill the water but there are no facilities to dump. Your cleaning fee includes a dump at the end of your stay, if you fill the tanks and require another one there will be a $90 fee.
