Enjoy a bright open layout, fully stocked kitchen, and private parking for 3-4 cars. The large backyard features a fire pit, grill, and outdoor shower—ideal for relaxing after beach days. Short walk to the Freeman Beach Park and Carolina Beach Pier, a few minute drive to the heart of downtown Carolina Beach, and short drive to Wilmington's Riverfront shops and restaurants. Comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for unforgettable getaways year-round.

Great property. Unit was immaculately clean upon arrival, plenty of towels for our group of six, location was perfect being walking distance to the beach, the Barge, and the pier, and Kelly was a super responsive host when needed.

A fantastic place to enjoy your stay and experience true luxury. It is worth every penny—the house is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and makes you feel right at home; it has absolutely everything you need. The location is excellent—just steps from the beach—and the service is outstanding. I would come back again and again.

Excellent stay!! We booked this house last minute (less than 24 hours before check-in) and everything was super smooth. They even accommodated an early check in. Communication from the host was great. The house was very clean, and we had no problems arise. A great house for families with children thanks to already-installed baby gates (!), a pack n play, high chair, kids dishes and utensils, and a fun arcade game. Short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

I needed a place to stay for a few days while on a short business trip to Wilmington. I decided to stay somewhere where I could relax after work. Kelly was a very accommodating host. The house was clean and well equipped with anything you would need for a large family booking or a quick small getaway. Even though I was there in the off-season, there were still plenty of cute places on the island to eat and relax after a day of work. This would also be a great spot for spring or summer vacation considering how close it is to the beach and all the beach gear/toys that are available to renters. Wifi was great, handled video conference calls with no issues.
