Skylux 1810 is a brand-new, modern 35m2 studio located in the center of Rio de Janeiro. The building (built in 2024) offers 24/7 security, a pool, a rooftop, a gym, offices, and a co-working. It is ideal for digital nomads or (business) travelers on a city escape.

The studio offers a queen-size bed with premium linens, a sofa bed, a very comfortable sofa, a 55” Smart TV with free Netflix, Chromecast, and Samsung TV Plus, and high-speed Wi-Fi for work or streaming (229 Mbps). There is a large desk, a dinner table, and a rain shower. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, cooktop, air fryer/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all essential cookware. You can enjoy home-cooked meals or a quick espresso before heading out.
