We loved staying at your charming Southern getaway! Great location, beautiful, clean and quiet condo with a nice pool and views! Thank you for sharing your place and having such a great response time. We also appreciate you both for being so helpful and sweet with our request! I saw in your profile you were or are a Dentist? Well located, well appointed and impeccably clean

The title of this review pretty well says it all. This unit is located on the 10th hole of Pawleys Plantation, is well appointed and very clean. Communications with the owner are easy and quick. This was our second year in this unit and again we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Pawley’s Island

From the first impression driving onto the property to the end of our stay was just about perfect. The condo was exactly as advertised with everything we needed including beach chairs. The only negative might be the mowers and grounds keeping equipment started before sunrise. While it wasn’t a big problem for us, it may be for some. Oh, and someone put the toilet paper on the roll going under instead of over. Everyone knows that’s just wrong. 😂😂😂

Nice and comfy

It is a clean and nice place. Is very well stocked. Had a little issue but was responded to in a timely manner, to get addressed. Have stayed here two and really enjoyed and had a great time.

The unit is well-kept and comfortably appointed. The furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, glasses, cookware etc. The neighborhood was quiet and the location convenient. We would certainly recommend this unit.

Wonderful home away from home

Our condo was perfect. Located in a golf and country club neighborhood, it offered beautiful scenery and homes. Our placed was perfectly decorated and very clean. We will definitely stay again.

Another excellent golf holiday!

Property was overlooking #10 fairway @ Pawleys Plantation allowing afternoon sun to earn up porch area. Due to cooler than normal temperatures - this was perfect! Bedrooms were spacious & clean and the unit was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to have 6 days of excellent golf!

Impeccable

Well located within easy walking distance of the Pawleys Plantation clubhouse, this condo is impeccably clean and well appointed. The owner is quick to respond to any question or concern I may have. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Anniversary weekend

We had a great time. space was clean and it felt like home. the only thing that I had trouble with was that I couldn’t figure out how to run the dishwasher. Also since I didn’t know the area, I didn’t know how to get to the beach.

Lovely condo in Pawleys Plantation

Deb was very attentive and communicated well. We loved our stay with our teenage children for Spring Break. It was the perfect size for our family of four and the kitchen was well-stocked. We had a great time.

Excellent place to stay.

Condo was just as advertised. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need to make a good meal. It was a very quiet location. The owners were very responsive to our needs and returned phone calls/ emails in a timely manner. We would highly recommend this condo and will go back again.

John a retired dentist and Deb a former flight attendant traveled extensively in the middle Atlantic states. On one trip from D.C. to Charleston they spent the night in Pawleys Island and discovered the Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club resort, rented a condo in the Weehawka Woods, enjoyed their stay so much that when the unit they occupied came on the market, they purchased it as a vacation rental and home away from home.

Our condo occupies a choice location overlooking the 10th fairway of a championship golf course with all the amenities that go with the location. Walking distance to the clubhouse and restaurants. Short drive to some of the most stunning beaches in the country. Seafood and gourmet cuisine all a short drive away. Water parks and amusement parks a 20 minute drive north.

Close proximity to the beaches a definite plus. Sand, sun surf within a few minutes drive. Lots of windows make the interior of the property bright and sunny year around. Screened in porch lets you enjoy the outdoors for the evening cocktail or morning breakfast. Beautiful grounds to walk or bike. Watch the moon rise from the spacious front porch. Spend the evenings listening to the waves roar as the tide comes onto the south beach of the island. We love it here.
