Other Things to Note:

All guests are required to share scanned passport copies a few days before arrival for registration with building management. Parties and gatherings are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in an AED 1,500 cleaning fee.
