Welcome to The Treetop, a coastal retreat where modern comfort meets serene nature views. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home offers a bright, open layout with stylish finishes, a screened porch, and a private rooftop deck that feels like your own treehouse escape. Located in Ocean Pines, enjoy access to marinas, pools, golf, trails, and the beach club—perfect for relaxing getaways or family adventures by the sea.

LIVING SPACE:
Step inside The Treetop to find a bright and inviting open-concept living area designed for comfort and connection. The main floor features a cozy U-shaped sofa perfect for movie nights or lounging after a day at the beach. The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for six and direct access to the screened porch, where you’ll find another six-person dining setup with a ceiling fan for breezy al fresco meals.

KITCHEN:
The fully equipped kitchen sits just off the dining area and is stocked with everything you need to cook, serve, and entertain with ease (including an air fryer & toaster oven). Enjoy modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the items you need for family dinners. A convenient half bath is located on this level as well.

MASTER SUITE:
Upstairs, retreat to the peaceful master suite featuring a plush queen bed, desk and chair for remote work, and a cushioned bench for added comfort. Step out onto your private balcony for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The en-suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a clean, coastal design.

GUEST ROOMS:
The second and third bedrooms each feature a twin-over-full bunk bed, ceiling fan, and access to the second full bathroom. Both bedrooms also includes a seating bench and tv—perfect for kids or friends traveling together.

EXTERIOR:
Outside, enjoy multiple outdoor living spaces designed to capture the natural beauty of Ocean Pines and create a memorable moment for you trip. Take the exterior staircase up to the rooftop deck balcony—your private treetop escape with peaceful views and plenty of sunshine. The screened porch and balcony provide additional options for lounging, dining, or simply soaking in the coastal air. The home includes some beach items like chairs and boogies boards for guest use.

STARTER KIT:
We provide essential linens and a starter supply kit to help you settle in. Please note these items are not replenished during your stay.

Kitchen Kit: 1 roll paper towels, 2 small trash bags, 2 large trash bags, dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 1 sponge, 2 dish towels.

Full Bathroom Kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and travel size shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, bar soap.

Linens & Towels: Beds are made with sheets, pillowcases, and a comforter. We provide sheets for sofa beds that are left in the room with the couch, but not for trundles/rollaway beds. Each guest receives 1 towel set (large bath, hand, washcloth). The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use should you wish to refresh towels or linens during your stay.

Situated in Ocean Pines, the Treetop offers more than just a stunning home; it provides a gateway to a plethora of local attractions and amenities. The community boasts multiple pools, verdant parks, tennis and basketball courts, skate parks, and a yacht club, offering something for everyone with a daily fee for some amenities. For those drawn to the allure of the ocean, a mere 15-minute drive transports guests to the vibrant beaches of Ocean City, where the promise of sand, surf, and seaside fun awaits. One Beach Pass is provided for the Ocean Club in midtown OC! Whether it`s a day spent lounging on the beach, exploring local shops and eateries, or engaging in water sports, the area surrounding the chalet is rich with opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

If you need to have a package delivered during your stay please note that our delivery pick up window is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm at our main office. Please reach out to obtain the address that the package would be delivered to. Please note Oceans Edge Vacations is not responsible for packages that are not shipped directly to our office.

If you would like to inquire about requesting an early check-in, please note that all early check-in requests are based upon availability. Request are only reviewed 24 hours prior to your check-in date. There is an additional fee of $75 if we can accommodate this request for you.

Our calendars do tend to full up rather quickly. If you see a spot open feel free to instantly book.

This is a non-smoking unit. Oceans Edge Vacation Rentals charges a $1,000 fine for smoking in the unit.

Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.

Trust & Safety: By booking a stay with us you give permission permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Nestled close to nature`s bounty, our location invites occasional visits from local wildlife, including raccoons, foxes, diverse bird species including seagulls, and an array of insects. While these encounters are part of the natural charm of our setting, we diligently treat our properties to minimize unwanted guests and maintain your comfort.

Should you encounter any aspect of nature that feels less than welcoming or experience any issues with appliances, HVAC systems, electrical components, or cleanliness, please do not hesitate to inform us promptly and provide photographic evidence. We require that you allow us the opportunity to rectify the problem during your stay, as our response time is typically less than an hour. We will make every effort to address and resolve the situation to the best of our ability. However, please understand that such natural occurrences or maintenance issues do not warrant refunds. By booking this property you agree and understand no refunds are given.
