Run down , entire property, elevators etc need a deep clean , tvs dated and cheap , no tissues, empty soap containers etc

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your stay wasn't perfect, and we want to address a few points directly. We were not contacted by the guest during the stay, so we unfortunately had no opportunity to address any concerns in real time — we're always available and respond quickly when guests reach out. Regarding the elevators and common areas, we've already notified the condo regime and asked them to have these deep cleaned, as building upkeep falls under their management. We take pride in this property and don't consider it run down; it's well-maintained and located in a beautiful oceanfront community. That said, we've taken the TV comment on board and have noted it for potential replacement. We hope to welcome you or other guests back and show the quality we consistently deliver.

The condo was exactly as described/pictured and was extremely clean and well stocked. The screened in porch is great with beautiful views of the pool and ocean. The bed was very comfortable!

Having stayed in 12 different accommodations in Wild Dunes since 2010, we can confidently say this was our favorite. The condo was impeccably clean—the cleanest we have encountered—and the location and views are absolutely spectacular.Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Every interaction was helpful, friendly, and responsive, making everything easy and stress-free.What truly set this property apart was the attention to detail. It seemed the owners had thoughtfully anticipated every guest’s need—from practical items like an ironing board to fun beach essentials like boogie boards. We never found ourselves wishing for anything; everything had been considered.It’s clear that the owners care deeply about their guests’ experience and take exceptional pride in their property. If this condo is available during a future visit, we would book it again in a heartbeat.Thank you for providing such a beautiful place for our family to enjoy. It was one of the highlights of our trip and helped create memories we will cherish for years to come.

The location of the property was ideal. The beach is beautiful and easy to walk. The resort is gorgeous with many walking trails. It’s an easy drive to Charleston but away from the busy downtown area. The property has everything needed to fix all meals. It’s clean and the deck is screened. We enjoyed eating our meals on the deck with the ocean view. The bed is very comfortable. The outdoor pool was still too cold for me but it’s a deep pool. Unfortunately, you can hear the upstairs guests walking around. This isn’t usually an issue unless there are a lot of kids running around. All beach supplies are provided but we chose not to use them. It’s a nicely decorated unit and I would recommend it.
