You’ll also appreciate the furnished balcony, the game room, and upscale furnishings found throughout the spacious three-story floor plan. Rent bikes to easily traverse the resort grounds, which features restaurants, a spa, tennis courts, and two golf courses.

LIVING AREA

Soaring ceilings and grand windows create a bright and cheery setting in the living room. Relax on the plush sectional and stream new Netflix releases on the 65” smart TV.

The game room provides a festive gathering space and convenient access to the pool area. Challenge your group to lively foosball tournaments.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find a full suite of stainless steel appliances in the well-appointed kitchen. Gorgeous granite countertops provide ample preparation space along with seating for two.

This home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and bay windows. The en-suite bathroom boasts a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a luxe jetted bathtub.

The second bedroom is outfitted with two queen-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The third and fourth bedrooms each hold a queen-size. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Stroll home from the beach for a refreshing dip in your private backyard pool. Chaise loungers invite you to soak up the sun, and the covered patio offers space for alfresco meals at the table for four.

Gather on the wraparound balcony to enjoy the beautiful weather. Comfy furnishings include a sectional, a love seat, and two armchairs.

Parking is available for three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not permitted. Overflow parking may be available in regional public lots.

THE LOCATION

Walk just one block to a pristine Atlantic beach! Golfers will appreciate being less than a mile from the public Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course. There is a convenient grocery store, drug store, fish and meat store located on Isle of Palms. Beach chairs can be rented through the Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company.

Travel three miles to Isle of Palms County Park to play sand volleyball. Then explore the shops and restaurants along Ocean Boulevard.
