Bright, airy, and newly renovated, this three-bedroom home in Hanahan is a wonderful property for those seeking close proximity to downtown Charleston and a quiet retreat to escape to each evening. This two-story space is ideal for couples, families, and groups of friends alike, offering open, light-filled living spaces that encourage mingling, thoughtful and stylish decor, and a beautiful kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a butcher-block island. Come home from your daily activities to unwind in a rocking chair on the front porch, run around with your kids in the fenced yard out back, or sip a glass of cold sweet tea on the patio as the day's clothes spin in the private washer/dryer. If you feel the need to escape further, you can easily find a movie to watch in the comfortable media room or curl up in the master bedroom's window seat with a cup of coffee and a good book.



This home is located in Hanahan, a community of North Charleston that sits within an easy drive of downtown Charleston and the historic center (12 miles south). You'll be ideally placed close to the Charleston Convention Center (five miles southwest), Charleston International Airport (six miles west), and friends or family members stationed at the Naval Weapons Station Joint Base Charleston (nine miles north).

Truly Love this House.

Our stay was very pleasant, loved the home and the decoration was beautiful. I was taken back the location at first but no one bothered us. There we’re home across from us newly renovated. Had problems with the hot water but it was ok the 2nd day. Minutes from everything, would stay again.

Great Property - Convenient to everything

This is a beautiful home and fit all our needs. There was enough seating and beds and baths for everyone. A fenced yard for the dog, a grill to cook out, sitting area in the back yard. It was close to everything we wanted to know. When you came in to the neighborhood, one way in was a bit dodgy, but the other ways in were fine. There was a dog park about a minute away which the dog loved. We had a great time and would stay there again.

We visited to attend CHS wine & food festival. This was perfect location for Riverfront park and park circle. Very comfy and cozy home!

Quaint comfortable home

It was so nice to walk into a home so welcoming to our family and dogs. It was really convenient to downtown Charleston. Loved the backyard!! Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely stay here again!

Extremely comfortable home. 5 star accommodation. Beautiful home with everything you would need and then some to make our stay special. Very roomy for some private time. Near to stores,resturants. Would definitely stay here again.

Girl's Getaway!

This was a great property for a quick girl's trip! The house is so stinking adorable and perfectly clean! The house was well-stocked, comfortable and the check in/out process was a breeze! The only drawback was that most things or areas we wanted to explore were 20-45 minutes away but conveniently close to the airport which was super helpful!

Nice house

House is beautifully decorated. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Great fenced yard for pets. Just like a lot of Charlestons areas it is a transitional neighborhood but we never felt unsafe. No long list of to do items before checkout. Would stay again.

Very nice coastal south house

We really enjoyed the home, it was very clean and had more than enough room for addiyional guests. The fenced in yeard was great for our dogs. The location was very close to the naval training where our son was graduating. The neoghbor looks a little run down but we could tell it was being updated.

Beautiful and comfortable home.

This house was beautiful, with many nice touches. It lacked for nothing. The neighborhood was very quiet, and was a mile and a half off of the expressway, about 20 minutes from downtown Charleston. Everything about the furnishings and fixtures in the house was first class, by far the nicest we've ever stayed in. Without a doubt we will stay there again when we return to Charleston!

Very nice little house. Well stocked, very clean, well maintained. Neighborhood is iffy, but doesn't seem unsafe. Plenty of towels, nice appliances. Comfortable beds. Clear communication from property management company. Good location with reasonable driving distance to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant.

Perfect Accommodations for family of four!

We came to the Charleston area for a spring break trip that centered around a concert at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center. This was a perfect location. We also explored the Charleston Area throughout the week. It was a great location! The house is super clean and cute! The management services was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood. We just avoided Remount Ave after dark. We would stay here again!

A very needed get away!

First arrive house it’s very charming. Cottage feel. Inside was beautiful, so very clean and decorated si nicely. I really enjoyed that they were so accommodating to our pups. We have been wanting to move and this place would be amazing! This is our first time using this s itîe and we enjoyed it so much we rented thru this site again on our trip. Thank you so much for giving us such a nice relaxing place to stay! We will be back!!

Recommend a safe, dead bolt on front door, lock box key didnt work and no response from mgmt. Otherwise we all enjoyed the home and what you offered. Great job.

Highly recommend

The hostess service was easily accessible via phone and kept up with all communications. Really made us feel welcome yet respected our time. Adorable place with lots of space to spread out. We slept well and had everything as if we were in our own home. Not to mention-the place was CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Although the neighborhood has a bit to be desired, the accommodations made up for it. It was safe, the location to everything "Charleston" was perfect and after a long day-it was nice to walk into a modern/cozy/clean house that was relaxing for all!!

Fantastic rental in Charleston, SC

The home was exceptionally clean and well equipped. It felt like a home not sterile like a commercial property. The furnishings were lovely and very comfortable with lots of personal touches. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making this space inviting and user friendly. I loved seeing the book about how the house was transformed from a neglected property to it's current state. It is obvious that the owners have put a lot of time, work, and love into the home. The location was convenient with easy access to all the places we visited. Check-in and check-out were super easy. Text and email communication provided all the information we needed. We give it 10 stars and would definitely stay here again.

Charleston Family stay

We came in to stay at this property for a Dance competition that was in town. The house was very clean and a perfect size for our family. We had a few minor hiccups with the house that they were VERY prompt in fixing and everyone was very nice. the beds and sheets were comfy, the couch so comfy, the kitchen well stocked with anything you would need and we appreciated the little things like providing few laundry pods so we could wash clothes while we were there. The neighborhood is a little scary driving through but the neighbor next to us was very kind and said hello. We appreciated the WIFI and the security system, made us feel like home. Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was close to the convention center and it was everything you said it would be.
