The Space:
With a gorgeous corner position in the oceanfront Sea Cabin Villas, this third-floor condo enjoys breathtaking views of the beach, the dunes, and the Atlantic Ocean. The perfect spot for a small family getaway, this condo includes a private balcony, community access to an outdoor pool and fishing pier, and an ideal location next to all the shops and eateries in the heart of Isle of Palms.

This beachfront complex is ideal for those interested in surfing, sunbathing, and taking long walks on the beach. Stroll down Ocean Boulevard to shop and dine in the downtown area of Isle of Palms, or catch some live music at The Windjammer nearby. Rent jet skis or paddleboards at the Isle of Palms Marina (two miles east), sit down for a meal to remember in downtown Charleston (13 miles west), or take a quick trip over to Shem Creek in Mount Pleasant (seven miles inland) to enjoy a beautiful sunset on the water.

Construction is currently ongoing in certain areas at the Sea Cabin Complex. We apologize for any inconvenience. The project should be completed by March 2023.
Access to coin-operated laundry facilities on-site.
No elevator; there are stairs to access this third-floor villa.

Beautiful! The interior was updated and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean was really relaxing and exceptional for the price. The kitchen was well stocked. And the place was clean. The only reason I’m not giving this an excellent rating is b/c the bed is low and mattress is sort of worn out. Another con is that we have to take our own trash out. But I would give this stay a 9.5 out of 10! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Ruined vacation

Place needs major updating with fresh paint and new toilet. “Fresh clean” Towels were kind of dirty “new” linens had a chlorine/bleach smell and the storm ruined out trip causing us to leave early and the rental company refused to partially refund us or credit us

Honeymoon getaway

Long weekend to get away! December is a perfect time to travel and stay on IOP and glad we chose to stay here.

Wonderful view

The condo was clean and mostly as expected. The view from the balcony was spectacular and it was a few steps from the beach. The 42 steps up to the condo got a little old but we knew there was not an elevator. The bedroom was tight and not real comfortable. It was a nice trip

Sea Cabins 2023

This is our second year at the Sea Cabins. We very much enjoyed it both times and have made reservations to come back next year. The condos are a bit dated but clean and provide everything needed. The location os outstanding to the beach and the town, restaurants, etc.

Enjoyed our stay!!

The location was absolutely perfect! The room was nice. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. During our second day, the beach access code we were given did not work. It took about 30 minutes to have someone help me. The code changed overnight and we were not told. Overall, we really enjoyed sea cabins.

Wow! What a great location! This is an end unit on the 3rd floor right on the beach. Unit has a balcony perfect for checking oout the waves. We didnt need our beach cart being so close, we carried all our stuff in one trip. We were able to walk to our surf lesson! Walk to great restaurants, ice cream and beach shops. Grocery store is walk-able, but we drove so not to carry everything home. Bonus was an amazing lightning storm we got to watch. 25 minutes to the ferry to the fort and french quarter.

Early Spring on IOP.

We have stayed at the Sea Cabins many times but this was the best we have rented. It is beautiful and the view was wonderful.

The location was perfect! The views beautiful. Towels were decent. Comfortable overall. Not as clean as I’d have liked, but was good enough.

A+ locations and views, slightly weathered interior

My husband and I stayed here 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The property is very quiet, even on new year’s eve. The views are spectacular and balcony is great. The bed is comfortable (not luxurious, but perfectly fine). The bathroom is updated. The only downside is that because of the humidity and proximity to the ocean (i’m guessing), door hinges, air conditioning grates, metal lamps are rusty. I also wish there was a doormat to help get rid of some sand when entering. Otherwise, very worthwhile stay.
