Nice home. Great for families - kid loved the park and pickleball in the neighborhood. Central to a lot of things but no grocery store super close so plan to shop while you’re in town.

We took my mom and dad to float the river this year. They drove down from the Panhandle and we came in from Houston. This is the first time I’ve rented a place like this and we were not disappointed! Being our ages , the driveway was not friendly, but the property is beautiful and we stayed very comfortable through the night. Very clean. Very spacious. Very affordable. Thank you Mr Victor!

Perfect place if you’re in the San Marcos/Kyle area. Host was helpful, responsive, and this was one of the best houses I’ve ever rented. Clean, welcoming, tv setup everything was perfect.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there just a getaway and the place was just that it was amazing and so cozy the host Victor was always engaged and responsive and the amenities were great. The house was modern and very clean and inviting. Would definitely rent again

Ngl it’s not a bad house but there is so many things wrong with it,says there is a washer and dryer.The dryer was broken,the bathtub wasn’t draining,the ac was not working sleeping in a house that’s at 78 is not fun and the electric door handle kept dying so we had to plug it in every time we had to get in

Really enjoyed this stay! The house is high tech with a very cool vibe. We enjoyed the pool, the shower and the projector in one of the bedrooms. Everything was very clean and enjoyable. We used the pool for awhile and watched movies at night. Everything was easy to use and the place felt cozy and modern. Some things I would have loved to have are some throw blankets for the couch, a few more pillows for the beds… some charcoal for the grill, and sponges for the sink. I would absolutely recommend staying here, we had a great time and the price was excellent for what you get! Thank you!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and comfortable and located in a nice, quiet residential development. For reference, it is located about halfway between San Marcos and Kyle, so you can drive about 4-5 miles on I-35 in either direction and access restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. in both cities. The price is also very reasonable for the amenities provided.

10 stars to host! Communication could not have been more simple and timely. We traveled from Ohio for my daughter’s graduation. What a beautiful home and property.
