Intercoastal Condo

The Space:
Admire the water from your private balcony at this beautifully appointed condo. You’ll love the centrally located Intercoastal Condo complex, set just steps from the beach on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway. Take a dip in the outdoor pool after sun-kissed days on the shore!

Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Kick back and socialize in the living room or watch favorite shows in the privacy of your primary suite. Up a spiral staircase, the laidback loft creates more room to gather.

A private washer/dryer and provided beach gear add convenience.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, and great local seafood restaurants.

Needs some painting and touch ups for sure. But first… please get some new pots and pans! We were afraid to use the only skillet… Teflon coming off. Cooked eggs in a boiling pot! Need kitchen utensils as well. Plus only had about 1/2 roll of paper towels. Need a back up.

We had a great time! It was proximity to the beach and we loved the porch with water views on both sides. The screen was hard to get displayed on the code pad, which was annoying, but overall a great place to stay that is close to everything

Great beach town condo

the property pictures listed were surprisingly accurate upon check in. The unit is spacious, clean and updated. Great ocean and inter coastal views. Neighbors no below us own but we’re tolerant of renters. How was fully stocked and beds were super comfy. Four flights of wooden stairs was not expected.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay at Indian Shores. The location of this rental is a short walk to the beach. The beach is quiet and beautiful. We had TWO dolphin sightings from the shore! We found everything we needed, a beach cart, chairs, a tent and a cooler! The condo itself is lovely…spacious and impeccably decorated. The bedrooms are large and the loft could easily sleep 4. Our kids loved that space! The kitchen had everything we needed including coffee and tea! The balcony is large and includes a view of the Golf and the Intercoastal. The condo is on the top floor so stairs are involved. For us they weren’t a problem. The condo is quiet- we didn’t hear noise from outside or other residents. Loved our stay!!

Had a great stay at this beautiful condo with views of the ocean! Everything was as expected based on the descriptions. Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach. Only downfall is the 2 flights of stairs to enter the condo- keep that in mind when packing your things!

Wonderful property

Absolutely enjoyed the stay, the property was at a perfect location, very well decorated and had everything we needed. Thanks for making our trip perfect ! Would definitely stay here again. Only thing I would like to see added is maybe a second couch or a sectional so more can lounge in front of the tv after a long day at the beach.

Gulf coast = paradise

Great location. Indian shores is a nice quiet area. Beaches were clean. The condo was perfect.. kids loved having their own area in the loft This was the first rental that had comfortable beds.. we have memory foam beds at home and both bedrooms have memory foam beds.. My only suggestion about the room would be to add another couch somehow. I know space is limited. When it's not raining the balcony is perfect. Thank you for providing beach chairs and a beach cart.. the pool was great too. Can't wait to get back.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The condo was absolutely gorgeous. The beds were all comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool area was great. No complaints at all. The only thing that could’ve been better is no red tide. Despite that we had an amazing vacation and are ready to go back!

Home away from home

Absolutely loved the property. We are a family that loves to cook and they had everything you needed, all the cookwear. They even provided chairs, a tarp to sit on the beach, beach towels. I mean it had it all!! It felt like home but in a different way.

More than we expected

A wonderful stay at a smart and contemporary place. Just a couple hundred yards from a lovely beach. We used the wagon, beach chairs, and giant shade fly everyday. Ice cream cones just down the block and craft beers within walking distance.

Overall a good time

Property was very beautiful and access to the beach was just across the street. Fully equipped kitchen & linens and towels all provided. The only hiccup we had was that someone entered our unit while we were gone & left the attic door open and a huge box up in the loft. We contacted the rental people & they couldn’t tell us if anyone was authorized to come into our unit. Also, you could tell that housekeeping wasn’t very thorough & missed a few spots (puddle of water on the counter & hair in the sink when we first arrived). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and had no major issues.

Beautiful

The Place was beautiful and only a very short work to the beach. I'll for sure be back to stay again. The beds where amazing. The house was clean and very nice. The only issue we had was in the master bathroom shower. When we turned on the water it would run around the tub and down the wall and all over the floor. It was an issue that has been going on for a little bit bc it had mold on the floor with paint washed away from the wall. They told us we could still use the shower. However we didn't fell like that was right due to our family is in real estate and that can mess up the property. So we only use one shower with 5 people was every hard. but other then that it was amazing.
