This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed with our family! We had a 5-year old and 3-year old with us, and the condo was perfect for us. Between the on-site pool/water park and restaurants, spacious condo with private balcony overlooking the intercoastal, and easy walk to the beach and restaurants/ice cream shops, it was even better than we expected. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place to stay for 3 weeks

Great place! Great Stay! Beach, bar, restaurants, splash park all in very close proximity. Big rooms, nice balconies. Definitely will stay here again

Perfect

So very close to the beach to see beautiful sunsets. Nice soft sand and trash cans and recycling bins available plus more. The waterpark provided so much fun for the young children and the adults enjoyed their excitement.

Awesome

Gorgeous condo. Very nicely decorated and clean. Could see the bay and boats from the large balcony. Within walking distance to many great restaurants! Couple of blocks to the beach. Had a small issue so I called the management company (Vacasa) and they were wonderful! Responded right away! Would recommend.

Not only a nice relaxing get away, but a great place to stay if you need to relocate temporarily.

Great place to stay! Being that we needed to relocate to temporary housing for 3 weeks post flooding, I could have not had a better place to stay. The condo is located on the end, both balconies are nice and roomie. Very quiet. Great if you work remotely. Well equipped kitchen. Nice work area with a view. Great water pressure in both showers. The condo has views of the intercoastal and dock as well as a little park. Beach is a short 2 blocks away. Splash Harbor is around the corner. Great place for kids and adults. There are a lot of dining choices within walking distance. Definitely will stay here again or recommend.

Agency is difficult

We were in Buffalo NY when the Blizzard shut down many states. Our flights were canceled and we tried postponing our stay since we could not get to Florida. Vacasa was not willing to help except gave us until the next week to try to get new tickets or to drive down. We did end up getting there but it was very difficult to get tickets as they were triple the price than what we purchased our first ones. I recommend getting insurance because even when it’s a natural disaster you are f&$!ed!

AC Did NOT Work - Management Non-existent

The first night we arrived the unit must have been previously vacant and AC was not on. Being a Florida resident, I was not surprised that it was 85+ degrees inside during June, even if it was nighttime. However, it never cooled down. With a pregnant wife, and two toddlers no one slept at 85 degrees. It was horrible. No management on site and only a 800 number. The next day, after finally getting someone on the phone they walked me through a repair solution. Again, no one actually showed up to fix anything. While the unit did finally cool down, no one would respond to my emails, calls, text messages or communications through the app requesting some accountability for the first night that was basically like a wash. Even now, 5 days later, no one has responded to me other than saying “Please contact the 800 number. That is guest services. We are only the maintenance department . I apologize.”. Sometimes customer service and speaking to an actual person makes all the difference. This place provides none of that. Find another place to stay.
