Quiet Waters D4



The Space:

Retreat to a quiet and relaxing coastal haven, laden with modern amenities and contemporary décor, along with a private balcony with a view of the Intracoastal Waterfront beyond. Sporting a comfortable living room, a spacious and modern kitchen, and perks like a washer/dryer and balcony, this condo is a true gem. After a full day on the beach or spent taking advantage of the onsite amenities, relax and unwind in the comfort of the condo. At night, sleep well in the two bedrooms, both of which have a TV.



Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets. It has an assortment of shops and restaurants for guests to enjoy. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife.

Beach chairs, towels, cart, and other gear are provided.

The complex will be undergoing construction on the pool, balconies, and roof from mid-February to mid-June. Construction noise and disruptions will be present during work days.

Loved this property and Indian Shores

This 2 bedroom (kings) condo was perfect for our couples getaway! Loved the view of the intercoastal and the easy walk to the beach. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Definitely will be on our list of places we want to revisit!

Summer beach trip

It started off a little rocky, but the property owner did everything possible to make it better. The property owner was very quick to respond and personally made sure everything went smoothly and it ended up being an excellent experience.

Nice spot with a good location, great access to the beech and docks. Only issue was the elevator is pretty sketchy and sometimes doesn’t respond. Would gladly stay here again!

Great location and property

The property was in a great location and right across the street from the beach. The pool and other amenities were very nice. I do wish we could have checked in early given the property appeared to have already been cleaned. This was also the first time I have stayed at a property that charged the cleaning fee, but also had rules that the beach towels needed to be washed and dried before departure. Overall, this was a great property that we very much enjoyed and would certainly book again in the future.

Nice, clean, comfortable, and good location

The place is nice, clean, and peaceful. The beds are comfortable. Because of the condo does not have too many units. The pool and hot tub are not too busy. The access to the beach is not too far away. The view on the balcony is beautiful. They are a lot of fish and birds around the pier. Everyone had a good time. Definitely will be returned.

Great location and view:)

Definitely great location to restaurants, bars and bakery etc…beautiful view from the porch every morning for coffee, loved the amenities ( especially beach chairs, umbrella and mire), washed all clothes before returning home because of the laundry units in the space. I can go on and on. One small con, wish there was better outdoor furniture out on the porch. But, again I loved it and would go back:)

Nice place

Very clean and great amenities. Just may want to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.. 6 guests are allowed but only had 5 bath towels, but we were able to use one of the beach towels so it worked out. The was a bin with plenty of extra hand towels and wash cloths.. plenty items to take to the beach which the entrance is across the street to the left. Look for the sign on the small walkway access that says the name of the complex.

Quiet Waters - NOT

The property was good. The property was under construction and should not have been rented out.The noise level was unbearable . We were told the construction would be completed before our stay.The property management was extremely difficult to work with.Vacasa agents were difficult to reach and work with. We stayed 1 night of a 3 day rental .

Nice quiet property

The unit was very nice. Decent view. Small quiet building with friendly people. Great location. Beach access right across the street. Unit was missing a can opener but we improvised (yay google). Picture shows two comfy chairs on porch but one was broken. There were additional hard plastic chairs but would be nice if there had been two comfy ones. The balcony is great and where I wanted to be the most. Management company was Teeming VR when I made the reservation but they were acquired by VACASA before we checked in. We did not need management while in the unit but on the way to the airport we realized we left something behind. We immediately called, spoke to someone that assured us they were on it. We have called, emailed and texted both companies numerous times and have still not gotten a response and it’s now been 5 days. Unacceptable. There was a note in the condo listing the name and phone number of the cleaning person, which we did not need but now I really wish I would have kept as I’m sure reaching out to them directly (why can’t the management company do this??) would be more efficient. The note also stated that tips for the cleaning person were welcomed. I personally found this odd since I’m already paying a cleaning fee and never see this person nor use there services while there. TL:DR - great place, would stay again. Management company is sub par.

2 Months at Quiet Waters

Apartment was nice size and fairly well equipped. There was only one set of sheets so I had to strip the bed, wash and put back on. Elevator wasn’t working when I arrived in January 1; had not been working since Dec 24th. Finally repaired on January 3. Had to pay people $100 to unload my car and carry my belongings up 5 flights of steps. Management company changed the Lock code on my door on January 31 without specifically telling me they were going to do so. Came home the evening of January 31 and learned my code didn’t work to enter the apt. I remembered seeing an email welcoming me to the apartment in February. I had emailed to tell them I had rented for 2 months and they responded that they new that and was not a problem. So I pulled up the email and found the new code. I was not told at the time I rented that they would be redoing the balconies. Every week day morning work started with loud drilling or sanding the month of February. The noise was so loud that I couldn’t stay in the apartment during the week day. On the day I was departing the elevator was broken again. I had to pay another $100 to have people carry my belongings down 5 flights of steps to load my car. I would think I deserve some payment for all the problems I experienced during my stay at Quiet Waters

We loved the place. Very clean and spacious. Easy access to the elevator and down to the parking and pool. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean as well. Everything was as described. So overall it was great.
