This spacious hillside home offers panoramic mountain views, a private pool with rock waterfall feature, and generous indoor-outdoor living — perfect for families, relocation stays, or long-term visits to Los Angeles.
The layout includes:
• 2 King bedrooms with private ensuite bathrooms
• 2 Queen bedrooms
• 1 flexible bonus room (study, lounge, or additional sleeping space)
• 4 total bathrooms
The open-concept living and dining areas are filled with natural light and connect to a private balcony overlooking the hills. A fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy and convenient.
Outdoors, relax beside the private pool and sun deck, surrounded by mountain views and a peaceful hillside setting.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, central air and heat, washer/dryer, driveway parking for one vehicle, and free street parking across the street. The garage may be used for storage or flexible space but is not configured for vehicle parking.
