The common areas will surprise you, on the rooftop terrace, you can enjoy a pool with views of the Caribbean, a gym, and a workspace ☀️
🔹The electricity fee is not included for stays of 28 nights or more. A cash deposit will be requested upon arrival.
🔹Please note that the property is located in an active area, so you may hear sounds coming from the structural operation of the buildings.
🔹The area is under continuous development, so occasional noise from nearby construction may occur. As a result of these potential inconveniences, we have adjusted our prices accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!
