We had a wonderful time celebrating my big birthday with family and friends. The view is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. Everyone was very comfortable. The only downside is there’s too many stairs inside and outside the house. Not convenient to walk down to the beach. The balcony was perfect to gather everyone together. We had a fabulous time!

Beautiful Family Beach house

We loved our stay! The house easily accomodated our big family and the views are spectacular. There were no beach toys as advertised and it was really odd that a house of this size and price did not have beach chairs or other beach things to take down to the beach. The stairs down to the beach are mostly rocks and not flat ones, very steep but the beach is well worth it. We would definitely rent again!

The view was fabulous. The house was spacious for our family of 6.The beds were comfortable.The house needs some general maixtenance and new carpets. The rental company does not provide wood for fire place. The steps to get in and out of the house are steep . Carrying wood would not be easy. It would be nice to be able to pay to have wood delivered. We were expected to remove the sheets from the bed and start the laundry before departure. This is not a reasonable requirement.

Beautiful house and views. People with mobility issues may not be able to access the beach due to very steep steps and large rocks that even the people without mobility issues found challenging. Parking is also a challenge with a steep driveway and little room to turn around. No windows open to have a nice breeze and hear the ocean.

Beach paradise

This property is amazing. Incredible views. Comfy beds. The kitchen has everything you would need. Hanging out with friends over spring break at this house was just perfect. And the people in Neskowin at the store and restaurant were an added bonus. We will stay here again.!

Spectacular location

I have stayed here in 2020 and enjoyed it thoroughly so we came back again. Just a wonderful location and nearby is a café and store for very convenient needs. The café has wonderful food and people.

Spectacular views

Great location. Well supplied kitchen. Fabulous hot tub. Impossible driveway! Very clean. Check in process was cumbersome in terms of documents needed to be signed to gain access. Only logistical issue was only one bathroom on the lower level serving three bedrooms. And steps to the beach would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Having said all that we had a full house with 16 people and one dog, which is difficult to find a house able to accommodate. This one did.

The location was beautiful with easy beach access. Kitchen was filled with most all amenities. Would add an electric teapot. There were just a few items we would recommend, more TP needed for 14 people, we needed to purchase additional. only found 2 spare rolls. Toilet handle and chain need replacing in bedroom #1. Overall we loved it! Thank y9ou for opening up your home.

Gorgeous view, right on the beach, with space galore

Wonderful stay right in front of the beach with private access (with stairs). Perfect stay for large family with many rooms and extremely well stocked kitchen (lots of plates, pans, cooking ustensiles). The hot tub on the roof was a true gem and looking at the Millay way while relaxing was an amazing experience.

They want your deposit no matter what!

They will find things to keep your deposit, just saying. I thought I must have deserved it until I read other people having the same issues. There was dog urine/feces that I got charged for, that they said was mine. If you can find somewhere else, do it.

Positives: obviously the spectacular view and the size of the home. Great location and large deck. Nice Kitchen and bedrooms Hot tub on the roof was a cool feature.Opportunities: The decor was a little dated and "tired" for an executive level property. i.e torn up cushions on the deck chairs, broken anorandak chair, missing toilet paper dispenser, older entry-level BBQ, hot tub cover (which I realize is scheduled to be replaced) . It is fine for a basic level property but it is promoted by VRBO as high end. The rocks leading to the beach and firepit are difficult to navigate and would be inaccessible for anyone with less than 100% mobility. This should be communicated in the listing.Administration: The entire group was furstrated with the 4:30pm checkin as being unusually late for most properties. The early checkout time of 10:30am was also frustrating and felt very rushed. They were also all shocked by the requirement of starting laundry, and empty garbages throughout the home. This might be acceptable for a basic home but not typical for one that is marketed as premium.

Beautiful home. We'll stocked with all essentials. Excellent location with the best views. Books, games, and full cable in all rooms. Can't wait to plan my next visit. Just beware the drive way is extremely steep.

Stunning Views for Large Groups

Location, location, location. Beach front property with amazing views from every bedroom. No fighting necessary for the best one. Able bodied only has lots of stairs to navigate but thats the trade off for stellar cliff top views. Deck with lots of seating to enjoy the view. Rooftop hot tub is amazing to view the beach at night and relax.

Best view ever

We had 16 people and plenty of space. House was great! Owners responded quickly to my questions and concerns. Beach access was steeper than expected but manageable. Views are spectacular from the balconies. I would stay there again. My wife loved it and she had a broken leg so it wasn’t easy to get around but she loved it.

Great time was had by all.

Wow! Where does one begin? Loved the beds, everyone slept so well. You are sitting just above the ocean, you hear waves the whole time. We had 8 adults was definitely room for more. Just so much about the place, we're going back.

The first time we visited Neskowin we fell in love! We love the small town feel and the privacy it offers. The beach is never crowded and it is rare to find a home with amazing views AND beach access. This home has it all!

When we bought this home we decided to remodel it to make it our own. We have put it larger windows, decks off the bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, large deck off family room, new flooring, added bedrooms and living space to make it more family friendly. This home is such a special place to us. We have created so many memories and can't wait to share it with you!
