New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.
Spend your vacation winding down at this coastal community. With the beach at your fingertips, you can come and go whenever the mood strikes you. After a stroll in the sand, go for another in one of the various nearby parks or visit a museum to get a better feel for the area. After a day of exploring, try one of the local eateries, many of which have pristine views of the water, making for a scenic meal.

Back at your holiday suite, take in the ocean view it provides while relaxing comfortably. If you didn't get enough of the sun and the surf while out, enjoy the community pool available to guests. When you return, use the full kitchen to make a snack or meal and have a seat out on the patio to indulge in the area's serene ambiance. Short weekend getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. One recommendation is to have a broom/dustpan or a stick vacuum for small clean ups since you are at the beach and no daily housekeeping. Otherwise extremely satisfied with our stay.

Easy check in and check out. Make sure you read your emails even during vacation. If you plan to cook meals and are conscious of not cooking in toxic pans, you may need to reconsider or purchase some better ones. Other than that, it’s a cute place for the price.

Affordable 2 bedroom near ocean

While this isn’t a five star condo, the Place was as described in the listing and pictures were accurate. 2 blocks from the ocean, which you could see from your balcony and kitchen table. Beds were comfortable. Safe neighborhood. While the living room furniture was fine, it is starting to show signs of aging.

Was technically as advertised. Some cost cutting going on for sure, both bathrooms were out of soap, shampoo, conditioner. When I asked support they weren't much help in getting these replaced so I bought my own.

Overall a great place to stay and very clean. It has an efficiency kitchen which is not really stated so if you like to cook a lot this is not the place. Easy beach and pool access. Guest services was very helpful with questions and needs.

Great View!

The one bedroom was hard to walk through! You had to straddle the wall and corner of bed to get past and even to get into the bed. The view was great and easy access to the beach. The furniture is not very comfy for long periods of sitting.

Great Location and Clean

This is a perfect getaway for 4 people and the location is fantastic. Relatively easy and short walk to the beach. The elevator made a world of difference as not all condos at the beach have them and climbing 2 - 3 floors of stairs with heavy luggage can be difficult but not a problem here. Hopefully we can come back in the summer months when the pool is open too. Perfect for a weekend trip to Topsail Beach. Property seems to be well taken care of and everything is shown and depicted well in the photos. Also LOVE the fact that towels and sheets are provided. Thanks so much!

Don’t Stay Here.

Summary:-It is a clean place in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. I do have to say that to be fair.-The unit is in the third floor, which is great for the view and to not have noisy upstairs neighbors. However, the traffic noise from the road was for me, unbearable. It is an old, uninsulated building and if you stayed on the second story in a major city such as NYC, it would be quieter than it was in this unit. I know this first hand.-The unit below is under construction. Nailing, drywall sanders, compressors, the works. -Vacasa is a terrible company with terrible policies. Do not ever book with them. I am honestly surprised that VRBO has not kicked them off the platform.-I stayed ONE night out of the 14 I paid for. It was that bad. I asked if they could put me in another unit NO, at another property, NO. Just stay there and enjoy the noise.-I reiterate: VACASA IS A TRASH COMPANY, they do not value the customer in any way. Do not book with them.-It took 6 phone calls, untold amount of text messages 24 hours and me saying some things I should not have, out of frustration to get the “manager” to call me about the situation.She was very polite even in the face of my now aggressive frustration. However, she proved completely useless in search of a resolution.I am personally in the hotel business, and the treatment by VACASA as a whole to their customers is totally unacceptable. DO NOT BOOK WITH VACASA. THEY WON’T BE THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED THEM.
