New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Look no further! This beauty has a warm and cozy feeling to help put you right at ease. You've selected one of the few island condos that have a fantastic panoramic view from the balcony with sunsets that are breathtaking over the Intracoastal waterway. Your unobstructed, long view of the ocean is a primary reason you came, and you won't be disappointed.

Each bedroom has a great view of the Atlantic, and most other condos do not have the room privacy this has because of their configuration. There are only five of these two-bedroom deluxe units with south and westerly long views of the whole island.

The living room is spacious, invigorating the openness. The beach below is not the overcrowded ruckus you find at some of the other locations. You'll find fresh sea shells that haven't been picked over 20 dozen times, and your walk will bring you past some of the finest beach houses you could dream of owning. If you need to stay active this is the place.

North Carolina has some of the best golf courses around, and it's a paddling paradise for kayak/canoe lovers. For nature lovers, you have one of two facilities on the east coast that rescues and cares for the endangered Loggerhead sea turtle right in your backyard behind the Topsail Beach Town Hall.

St. Regis amenities include elevators, a basketball court, a kids' playground, a fitness center with a sauna, and an outdoor pool.

This isn't just a summer place either - it would be nice to return and relax during the off-season when you can still take advantage of the beautiful stretches of pristine beach, the ocean view from your living room, and the unforgettable sunsets when nature adds her touch of color. During August, September, and October you may even see the loggerhead turtle hatchlings heading to the open sea along the beach on one of your daytime or famous moonlit strolls.

Room was average and in need of fans to circulate the air. View was nice on the ocean side but sound was covered by houses. Limited cookware and flatware. Beds were okay but you will need to bring your own pillows. Topsail Island is a great vacation spot and we will be going back.

Worst condo ever!

Very dated, water damage, dirty, most uncomfortable beds and furniture (I slept sitting up on the couch), baseboards need cleaning and painting, no light in the dining area and floor lamp broken, walk-in shower not cleaned and black mold on bottom of shower curtain (they did come and replace after texting), false advertising...no indoor pool or hot tub, just dirt and weeds, very limited tv channels. On the positive side, great view, nice balcony, two bathrooms, elevator, luggage carts. This place is definitely not worth the price!

Not What We Expected

Furniture, cabinetry, appliances, and bathrooms were very outdated. Couches had cheap covers on them that did not hide the large burn mark on one of the arms of the couch. Half of the outlets did not work. The handle on the door to the balcony was broken, making it very hard to go in and out. Indoor pool was closed and seems to have been for a while now. Outdoor pool cabana is only open as staff sees fit, which we did not encounter during our stay. Location is conveniently right on beach, but pictures and descriptions need to be updated for accuracy.

We have stayed at St Regis for many years and this was one of the nicest units we have stayed in.

The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. The jacuzzi was awesome!
