Perfect location! Seconds to the beach access, gorgeous view, plenty of room for a family of 4. Outdoor faucet to rinse after the beach. Full kitchen with great appliances. Downfalls, washer broke day 2 with zero assistance from property manager, no curtains on windows and the street light shines directly into the front bedroom window. Porch in need of repair, boards are old and cracked.

Checked in and immediately the whole house smelled of mold Put wet towels down under door to basement but couldn’t erase the smell tried to sleep with windows open but only one window would stay stayed up and there were no screens on the windows… left the next day too dangerous to stay Vrbo was good about needing a refund but Vacasa property management was impossible to get hold and of…. For days … did get refund but lost vrbo check in money. Shame on Vacasa for not visiting or inspecting this property bf someone check in…. Irresponsible at the least
