Highlights of this all-suite retreat include a sleek kitchen, smart TVs in each bedroom, and a private deck with an outdoor lounge area and alfresco dining. Walk to the tennis courts or the beach, oceanfront resort pool, and dining. Head just a short distance to the pier, featuring an indoor arcade, fishing, and a selection of cafes, seafood restaurants, and shopping options.

Two contemporary sofas set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to watch a movie on the TV. Prepare favorite recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and helpful gadgets. While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for three. When it's time to eat, gather for fresh meals around the eight-person dining table.

Take in the tranquil canal views on your private deck, featuring a table, a porch swing, and a cushioned outdoor lounge area. Family beach vacation

Property was spacious and had all we need. It is not a luxury property but we were satisfied. Actually not as far from the beach as stated. Loved the porch space and furniture! Thanks for a good week at your place!

Great Stay!

Our stay at the property was very good. We did try to have a call with the property management agency and a call ticket was put in, but no call was received. Other than that the place was great and we loved the fact we could have our dog with us.

My family stayed here and loved it. The extra tvs and kitchenette in the king bedroom was a nice touch. Again, the only problem was this was a second floor condo and the elevator went out the night before check out so that was unfortunate, but doable. Everything else was great.

Just okay

The condo looked like it did online in the pictures and the location to the beach and beach club was great. However, it didn’t feel very clean and we fought bugs the whole week. The maintenance staff came in with some traps and bug tape for drain flies but it didn’t help much. Overall we still had a good week, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Nice Condo!

We had a great stay. Nice condo with a well equipped kitchen. No grill which was a minus. Had to call the property manager about an issue with television...very prompt response. Great pool right at the beach with a nice restaurant and small bar. Easy golf cart ride from condo. Needs a new clothes dryer is the only negative!

Great Condo!!

Loved the condo. Was dog friendly and you would have never known a pet had ever been there. It was spotless and no pet odor. The beds were great and the kitchen was very well stocked!! Felt like o was at home with the kitchen. Everything was just great. Very close to the beach. Tennis courts were great!! Look forward to staying there in years to come!! Short trip to ocean

Nice condo. Walking distance to beach. Quiet area (April). Construction going on around us- but really didn’t hear them. 4 good size bedrooms. 4 full baths. Dining area - stools are dated (no cushion left).

Zero stars!

It was not clean. We vacuumed the dirty floors and carpets. Cleaned sand off of kitchen counters. Could not use one of the bedrooms due to strong urine smell. Toilet seat in one bathroom was broken.

Great family space

Space was great for a large family. We all had our own rooms with our own bathrooms. Beds were all comfortable (one queen bed’s frame was broken which made it super noisy and hard to sleep, but mattress was comfortable). Room to spread out. Back deck was a nice space to take a break from the sun. Kitchen was well equipped. Location isn’t far from the beach or town, but we would have rented a golf cart if the people at vacasa would have answered any questions we sent to them to make sure we could charge or house a golf cart. If you do rent, get a gas golf cart. There is no where to charge an electric one. All in all, we would rent this unit again.

Great stay

We came for a belated remembrance ceremony, and wanted a location to chill and reflect. Everything was great when we arrived. I loved the extra refrigerator and very fast ice making machine. But the very best, was having the beds made up with linens provided. When traveling all day, the last thing we wanted to do was make up beds. It is also one of the best equipped kitchens I`ve ever had for a vacation rental: blender, kitchen aid mixer, hand mixer, lots of pots and pans, (needs a new whisk), crock pot, coffee maker for grounds or Kerrigan, toaster oven, cookie sheets. We only used the blender and coffee maker, but I was impressed. Bedroom TV`s were Roku. A little instruction on how to use would have been helpful, since I am not familiar with it. Guess I could have Googled if I really wanted to watch tv! Thank you for the wagon to help transport our stuff upstairs. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
