Step into this sun-soaked Frisco home, boasting lavish amenities and cozy interiors, and experience a truly unforgettable North Carolina escape!

Perfectly located, you'll find Frisco Mini Golf & Go-Karts, Cape Hatteras Lighthouse, and Avon Fishing Pier all within a 13-mile radius. Spend a day relaxing on the beach, playing a fun round of mini-golf in a spirited atmosphere, or simply enjoying the gorgeous panoramic ocean views. You'll also have access to the shared pool at Club Hatteras where you can lounge poolside all afternoon with a cold beverage and a good book.

Inside, you'll feel right at home in the welcoming bright white interiors and comfy living area while snuggled up on the sofa to stream your favorite shows. Enjoy creating delicious home-cooked meals in the full kitchen, then gather to share dinner and play board games at the adjacent dining table. Following a fun day of beach adventure, utilize the private washer/dryer for any extra sandy gear and then kick back on the balcony to watch the sunset and prepare for another magical day.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day - weather permitting and subject to close without notice.

Great location and dog friendly. Very clean and loved the upper deck view - great for star gazing! Short walk to gorgeous Frisco beach. Quiet peaceful neighborhood ! Re cottage: rather "barebones " with exposed hanging wires and minimal bed linens. Appliances a bit dated esp coffeemaker rusted but useable. Major issues with wifi- no internet our entire stay. Also no washer/dryer (which is usually a must at the beach. Most of this minor though as it was the location we needed for a quick weekend! So close to Frisco, Hatteras and Buxton.

Close to the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Pearl. The house was simple, clean, and comfortable. The area was nice and quiet. Even though it’s not right on the beach, it’s only a very short walk. We would stay here again.

It was great! Very clean & beds were very comfortable. I' ve stayed in places where the matress was so old & worn out- i slept on a couch. Great manabagement team.

We enjoyed the stay. We spent a week there. The unit needs upgrading and it wasn’t very well cleaned when we arrived but it’s in a nice peaceful location and we had a great time. The unit definitely could be better but it served its purpose and we were happy with the stay. Thank you.

Terrible Stay

The house would not heat over 63’ and there was no hot water. The house smelled bad. Washer dryer and dish washer difficult to access. The only good thing was the location.Vacasa was the management company and I would never book with them again or stay at the blue pearl. I have been staying in Hatteras for 35 years and this was the worst stay.
