Sunbathe on your private floating dock or walk to the end of the street to the beach access and stretch out on the soft sand. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the fish cleaning area after a fun day on the water. Private charcoal park grill for outdoor cooking.

With one-story convenience, the interior boasts vaulted wood beam ceilings and a coastal-chic aesthetic throughout. Newly added features in 2023 include a water purification system for the entire house and updated bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen was also updated - create your favorite recipes here, complete with a breakfast bar, and join together at the accommodating dining table for family-style meals. Make one cup or a pot of coffee with the Keurig Dual Coffee Maker. Unwind on comfortable furnishings in the cozy living room and watch TV shows.

Step out to the furnished deck overlooking the canal and sip a crisp drink any time. Very quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed this property it is close the the beaches, shopping, restaurants. The house has a great feel and flow. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family!

There were plenty of kitchen, utensils, and Tupperware to use! The Bedasse were extremely comfortable! We loved the game area and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog! There were also plenty of beach items, games, chairs, and toys in the shed, which was easily accessible! The hot tub was a great feature as we went in April where the evenings were still chilly! We also brought our golf cart as there are many many roads to ride around and the neighborhood!

Home was clean and settled on an older but quiet community. Home was very clean and roomy for my family of 4. Comfy beds and furniture. Small game room was fun! Being pet friendly was great! One would never know that pets had stayed in the home because it was so well taken care of and clean. Hot tub was a bonus. Close proximity to grocery store, restaurants and beach (2 miles away). Vascasa was a great company to work with and staff was quick to answer any questions! We would love to come back to this same location!

Fantastic house

The house had everything we needed plus more! The kids absolutely loved the little game room and we all enjoyed the Hot tub. There was plenty of space and so close to anything you need store wise and the beach! Truly was a great place and a great stay!

Great location. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to Holden Beach bridge and all the shops and restaurants along the way. Cottage was cozy but not crowded. It was just 2 of us to celebrate our anniversary by we could imagine many other people joining us there for a future visit and still being very comfortable.

House great Vacasa was not.

Stay was great and as described, we did enjoy the hot tub and our dogs were comfortable there and had plenty of fun in area to enjoy. I also enjoyed the way the place was decorated. Very cute. However, the negative was the property management company was nearly impossible to deal with before getting to our destination and almost ruined our entire vacation by continuously contacting us electronically by mistake.

Perfect Home For Dog Lovers

This house was perfect for our little family with 2 kids and 2 dogs. Decor was lovely and furniture was comfortable. House was clean and tidy and very spacious for its size. We really appreciated the fenced in yard for our fur babies. We look forward to staying again!

Great for pets

1st time in Holden, the parking was probably the worst part of staying in Holden Beach, its a 5 or so minute drive from Supply to the beachside. The house was comfy 3 adults and 2 mid sized dogs. The shed had all we needed for a day at the beach. There is no nightlife whatsoever if thats something you want. We did keep finding dead roaches but better dead than alive. House was clean and comfy overall.

Very Disappointing

This was our worst experience with a rental property. The house was very dirty, roaches were crawling around, the dishes were dirty, the gate was too hard to open for my wife and teen children, and the house was very aged. There was some fun decor in the house and the living room furniture was comfortable. The best part of the house was the sunroom, but you had to go through the master bedroom to get to it. We were not expecting to have to wash all the dishes we were going to use before we even used them. There was food on a lot of dishes we pulled out. Also there were roaches crawling around the kitchen and bedrooms. The air filter just inside the main entry was caked in dust, so I’m sure the air we were breathing was not great. Our overall stay was not a pleasant one. Also the pictures on the listing are outdated and don’t give a great idea of the layout and state of this rental. We would not recommend and will not be booking this property again.

Misleading and Cockroaches...

Extremely misleading listing. The photos are cute, but the reality is very different. This home is located in the center of a questionable trailer park. When we arrived, siding was falling off, and there were two active hornet nests. A cockroach ran across the doorway when we opened the door. The kids' room had sand on the floor, an unstable bunk bed, and a ceiling fan dangerously close to the ladder. Hooks hung from the ceiling—clearly not safe for children.The living room chair was torn, water stains marked the tables, and there was hair on the carpet. The primary bathroom toilet didn’t even flush.When we told the host we wouldn’t be staying, they offered to send maintenance—on our vacation. We didn’t save all year to sleep with cockroaches or have strangers fixing serious issues while we tried to relax.The owner denied a full refund, offering just 50%, citing the inability to rebook. In the end, we received only 37%.They expected us to stay during pest control, plumbing, and cleaning services—completely unreasonable. Avoid this property unless you enjoy stressful vacations, surprise repairs, and unwelcome critters.

SUPER Misleading

SUPER misleading… The pictures are adorable, book at your own risk. The description should read located in the center of a questionable trailer park. Upon arrival we were greeted with a home where the siding was literally falling off, 2 hornets nests each with about 6 live hornets on them. Upon opening the door, a cockroach scurried across the door and thankfully went outside. The kids went to their bedroom to check it out and were greeted with sand on the floors, a rickety bunk bed that is not secured, a ceiling fan that is literally an inch from the top bunk ladder and hooks hanging from the ceiling, not the safest when children are climbing up to the top bunk… The old chair in the living room was torn up, water stains on the end tables and chunks of hair on the carpets under the table. To top it all off, the primary bathroom toilet didn’t flush. We were questioned when we said we would not be staying and would be vacating the property. They asked if they could send maintenance out to fix the issues. We save up all year to take a vacation and none of us wanted to wake up to a cockroach climbing on us or try to enjoy ourselves while there are strangers working on the property. The owner’s reply to our request for a refund was; “Sorry for the delay. I’m just getting back into service I think asking for a full refund for the reasons mentioned above vs waiting for maintenance is a bit over on what will be approved… I would compromise and be willing to refund 50%, but a full refund is not approved since I’m not able to rebook at this point.” So…. They wanted us to, what? Stay there while they bug bomb the house? Have the plumber come out and snake out the toilet? Deliver furniture that isn’t torn apart? Have a cleaning company come out and actually vacuum? Beyond ridiculous for them to assume we want to go on vacation and have strangers working around us while you fix issues from your poorly cared for rental. Oh and we did receive some sort of refund… the 50% ended up being a total of 37% refund… DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to be stressed out and looking for another place to rent in peak season while on vacation. Or you can rent but just make sure to stay out of the way of the maintenance… and cockroaches.
