The property owner failed to send me the key code. We couldn't get a hold of her so we had to spend 280 to stay in a hotel for the night. Finally got a hold of her and got into the room the next day. All of the dushes in the dishwasher were dirty. No pans to cook with only a couple pots. We bought a pan and left it for others. Took 3 weeks and 3 calls to VRBO to get refunded for the one night. VRBO was great in how the handled this situation

NOT worth staying here...find some place better! Shame on you Wilda! Ok first off..super SLOW and almost non existent communication with Wilda. 1) NEVER gave me the wifi name/password. When I messaged her I NEVER heard back while I was there. 2) 3 towels in the entire place. NO washcloth, NO hand towels. My son and grandkiddos came over 1 day to swim...3) NO pool towels...used 1 of the 3 bath towels. *notice there is a toilet roll where hand towel should be* 4) when we went swimming when we were done we literally couldn't get out of pool area...I had to ask another guest to help us leave the area...they said "oh you need a key fob to exit area". Later that day I went to front desk to ask about the tools and fob..they told me the host was to supply those items, When asked where I was staying and mentioned Wilda's name...the person at front desk..paused and then rolled their eyes. That was enough for me..I already she was a problem host! 5) Check out the silverware..the knives literally have RUST ON THEM. I went to use one of them to cut some cheese for a snack and found just how disgusting they are. 6) literally 4 glasses...2 champagne flutes and 2 glass coffee mugs. That's it. 7) the lighting in rooms isn't much better. This is a horrible way to treat your guests. You can g to goodwill or any other thrift store and for less than 100 you can do a hell of a lot better in providing the basics for your PAYING guests! I repeat...do NOT stay here

There are quite a few things to say about my stay here, and tgey are all positive! But above all else..the host was very accommodating. The place was spotless and the views were phenomenal!!! But the quiet set back locatjust a four minute walk to the heart of Downtown Ft Myers made this place absolutely above and beyond! Hopefully Wilda will have me vack again! I will certainly try and get there again! The front desk staff were all amazingly helpful and having a great coffee shop right in the lobby was perfect! All residents were very friendly. This is a great spot and again.. the view!!!

If there were a zero choice I'd choose it. Wilda didn't reply to any messages until 2 days prior to my trip and told ME to CANCEL as she was full and didn't see my reservation confirmation!!!!!! I have yet to be refunded. I'm still out the pre-paid reservation. Thanks for asking!
