🔔 IMPORTANT – High Season Booking Policy (January–April)
During the peak season of January through April, full-month rentals are prioritized.
For partial-month stays, the following rules apply:
We will only accept reservations that begin on the 1st of the month,
or end on the last day of the month,
or seamlessly connect with an existing reservation already on the calendar.
We cannot accept bookings that fall in the middle of the month when the beginning and/or end of the month remain vacant.
This policy ensures fairness, availability, and smooth scheduling for all seasonal guests.
Pet & Service Animal Policy
• Service dogs are always welcome at no extra charge.
• Emotional support or other pets may incur an additional $150 cleaning fee if their stay requires specialized cleaning (e.g., heavy shedding from a Labrador).
• Any damages caused by animals—including service dogs—will be billed separately via Airbnb’s resolution process.
