*PET POLICY*
We welcome all our furry friends!
$150 for the first one or two pets. For any additional pets, the fee is $50 per pet.
Please be advised that any damages caused by pets (including pet waste behind left & excessive pet hair in bed sheets) or unauthorized pets may incur an additional charge of up to $500.

*SECURITY CAMERAS*
For everyone's safety, there are 4 outdoor security cameras on property that records audio and video 24/7. They do NOT look into interior spaces. These cameras are ONLY on the exterior, NONE are located inside.

*MAILBOX*
Please have all deliveries brought to the front door. We are not responsible for any missing packages.

*QUIET HOURS*
12am-5am every day.

*MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY*
Our home has a maximum capacity of 14 guests. Please reach out if you have any questions!

Guest access
Guests are able to enjoy the entire property except restricted fenced off areas.

Parking: The entire driveway, garage pad, and the grass area by the picnic table are for parking. Please avoid the front lawn with trucks/trailers! We are not responsible for anyone who may get stuck, if severe damage is done to the front yard you will be held responsible.

Other things to note
House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, illegal substances or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and / or eviction from the property.

Any high-risk inquires/bookings flagged by Airbnb are required to put down a $500.00 security deposit. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the booking and may be cancelled if the security deposit is not paid in full.

If you want early check-in or late check-out, please reach out 48 hours prior to your arrival date. Availability is dependent on whether there is another same day check-in/check-out and may be subject to a $50 fee. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge.
You are free to stay parked the day of check-in or day of check-out if visiting for wildcat off-road park!

Smoking - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and / or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning & ozone treatment.

Parties/Events - Parties/events may be approved in advance if requested with host and confirmed in writing. Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited.. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, & possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises protecting both you & our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels & linens - Guests are required to keep towels/linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage.

Guest access
The main home is located 1/10 of a mile off the road following the gravel driveway. Guest are free to use the entire home, lawn, patio, fire pit, or pond area.
The Restricted areas are behind the fence & the detached garage.
*Guest can stay parked on the day of check-in or check-out at the retreat before or after checkout times! However the house will be closed for cleaning.*
