Escape to this delightful barn in picturesque Fairplay on three serene acres. This charming property features 1 cozy bedroom with a queen bed plus 1 open-air loft with a queen bed and 2nd living room!

No Hosted Events or Weddings
For liability and safety reasons, the property may not be used for events, parties, or weddings. Our parking is very limited and can only accommodate registered guests.

Enjoy the sounds of nature at our brand new gorgeous 2-story barn house situated on a serene 3 acre property. This property is private and tucked off the road, while still being close to I-70 / 1-81. Minutes away from shopping, breweries/wineries, restaurants and historic locations (Antietam Battlefield). Our barn has 1 Queen BR, 1 Queen bed in Loft & 2 cots available by request for kids. Wood Fire Pit, Grill, Picnic area on site! Bring your own wood!

Loved the location of the building, isolated from other houses which made it nice to be able to sit outside and appreciate God's creation. The inside was probably one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed and loved the decor. It would be a great place for a small family of 3-4 as there is plenty of room.

Our stay at Barn Brook Getaway was wonderful. It was the perfect space to enjoy my friend’s 40th birthday, we relaxed in the hot tub, had plenty of room for the 3 of us to do crafts, listen to music and reconnect! Exactly what we were looking for and more. Book your stay I promise you won’t be disappointed!

The barn was very accommodating and spacious. The attention to detail was amazing and had everything we needed for our group of five. The hosts were very responsive and helpful getting us checked in and made sure we had all we could ask for. Definitely recommend this place!

This barn was a pure gem! It exceeded expectations and made for the perfect quick getaway. We loved the hot tub and fire pit. The bed was so comfortable. The entire place was spotless and beautifully designed. Check-in was seamless.

This place is a hidden gem! Perfect for a weekend getaway and close to restaurants and outside activities. The host was very responsive and communication was great. The Barn itself is very unique and put together with comfort in mind to include all the modern amenities. We plan to return!

One of our best rental experiences. So much care, intention and detail into every inch of the Barn! Its beautiful and welcoming, and the hottube was a winter treat. Great location for a long weekend getaway. Lots of good uber eats options and only 30 mins to Harpers Ferry. Must stay.

We had a fantastic time! The barn is converted into such a fun and unique space. The hot tub was ready when we got there and the surroundings were quiet and relaxing. Everything was extremely clean, tidy, and comfortable. The hosts are also very communicative and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
