This home sets the scene for cozy mornings with coffee on the covered front porch and peaceful evenings surrounded by nature on the deck. Lush greenery, manicured landscaping, and winding stone pathways add to its storybook appeal.



Step inside and you’ll immediately be embraced by its rustic charm and thoughtful details. Classic cabin vibes meet timeless design here, with artistic touches and comfortable finishes. At Duck Pond Lodge, you can be warmed on all sides by the fireplace and wood stove, creating a cozy and snug retreat for a romantic escape or a weekend with friends.



To the right, the kitchen and dining area feature deep green cabinetry with brass fixtures, a farmhouse-inspired island, a built-in dining nook with cushioned bench seating and a farmhouse-style table, a wood stove and access to the deck - ideal for slow mornings or enjoying meals with family and friends.



To the left, a cozy living room invites you to curl up with its stone fireplace and comfy seating — a true haven after a day outdoors. There is also a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as the staircase leading to the bedrooms.



Upstairs, three charming bedrooms await. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, the second offers a queen size bed, and the third is furnished with a double bed — perfect for a child or an extra guest.



The deck overlooks the fire pit and offers a grill, a picnic-style dining table, and is lined with warm bistro lights that create a magical atmosphere for evening gatherings or simply soaking up the serene forest views. Below the deck, a hot tub awaits, inviting you to soak under the stars or unwind after a day of exploring.

Getting Around:

Duck Pond Lodge is just 2 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the I-87 S, Palisades Interstate Pkwy S and Taconic State Pkwy. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.
