At the heart of the home is a gourmet kitchen with a waterfall island, professional-grade gas range, and stainless-steel appliances. Share meals at the dining table for six or grab a spot at the island with seating for five. Upstairs, a bright game area with a stone-top table is great for board games or planning your Music City outings.



When it’s time to turn in, four well-appointed bedrooms await, including a serene primary suite with vaulted ceilings, a spa-like en-suite, and a private second-story porch with seating. A private washer and dryer on the second floor adds everyday convenience. WiFi is provided, and longer stays are welcome.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: One designated spot is available in front of the house. Additional parking is on the street and is first come, first served. No other onsite parking is available.

• Stairs: This is a two-story home. Stairs are required to access most bedrooms and the laundry.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. If evidence of a pet is found, an additional cleaning fee may apply.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Location logistics: Within about a 5-minute walk you’ll find Hillsboro Village (boutiques, cafes, Belcourt Theatre), Belmont University, and Fannie Mae Dees (Dragon) Park. Within about a 5-minute drive are Vanderbilt University, the 12 South corridor, Music Row, and The Gulch. Centennial Park and the Parthenon are also close by.
