House Rules
By confirming your booking, you agree to comply with the following house rules. These are in place to ensure safety, comfort, and respect for the villa and surrounding community.
Check-In / Check-Out
• Check-in: After 2:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated with prior approval and subject to availability.
Identification
• A valid passport or Emirates ID is required from all guests before arrival, in accordance with local regulations.
No Smoking
• Smoking, shisha, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas.
• Please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
• Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning charges.
Noise
• Please be respectful of neighbours at all times.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Guests & Visitors
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• Day visitors may be allowed with prior host approval.
• No unregistered overnight guests are permitted.
• The villa is for residential use only – no parties, events, celebrations, or large gatherings are allowed.
Children & Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially near the community/shared pool and beach areas.
• Safety features such as pool gates, fencing, first-aid kits, and fire extinguishers are provided where applicable.
• Guests are fully responsible for the supervision and safety of children during their stay.
Cleanliness
• Please help us maintain the villa for future guests by keeping it tidy during your stay.
• Use the provided bins for trash and recycling.
• Excessive mess, pet hair, stains, or odours may result in additional cleaning charges.
• Extra cleaning services are available upon request (fees apply).
Security
• Always lock doors and windows when leaving the villa.
• Do not share keys or access codes with anyone outside your booking.
• Report any lost keys, security concerns, or suspicious activity immediately.
• Lost or unreturned keys may incur a replacement fee.
Damage & Liability
• Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for any damage caused during their stay, including pet-related damage.
• The host is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings.
• Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
Community / Shared Pool & Beach Rules
• Use of the community/shared pool and beach is at guests’ own risk.
• Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
• No diving, jumping, or rough play in or around the pool area.
• No glass, sharp objects, or breakable items are permitted near the pool or beach.
• Do not run on wet surfaces to prevent slips and injuries.
• Guests must follow all community rules and posted signage.
• Pool access hours and regulations set by the community must be respected.
• Any accidents, injuries, or safety concerns must be reported immediately.
Pets (Allowed)
• Well-behaved, house-trained pets are allowed with prior disclosure and approval.
• Guests must inform the host in advance of the type, size, and number of pets.
• Pets must be kept under control at all times and not left unattended in the villa for extended periods.
• Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds unless agreed in advance.
• Guests must clean up after their pets immediately, both inside the villa and in community areas.
• Excessive noise, damage, or disturbance caused by pets may result in additional charges or cancellation without refund.
• Guests are fully responsible for any injury, damage, or complaints caused by their pets.
