Welcome to Villa Cheryl.

This villa includes a private chef, a butler, daily housekeeping, and an on-site villa manager. During your stay at Villa Cheryl, you’ll have access to the facilities at Cocotal Golf & Country Club. These include a 27-hole golf course, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, and more. This is the perfect place to experience an unforgettable Caribbean getaway.

LOCATION:

Villa Cheryl is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of the lake and the golf course’s holes 7/8 (Buganvilla). The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.

Cocotal is a large, gated resort & residential community with 24-hour gated entrance and security. This is one of the premier locations in Bavaro, Punta Cana, and a favorite destination for families and golfers seeking a tropical retreat.

The resort offers several amenities, including a 27-hole inland golf course, golf practice facilities, a restaurant & sports bar located at the golf clubhouse, a soccer field, large resort-style swimming pool, kids’ pool, sunloungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kids’ playground, and a mini market. For those looking to explore beyond the resort, Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. There are also plenty of great local restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities located just outside the resort.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.


VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum consumption of US$ 25 per person at the restaurant/bar, which must be paid upon booking via a secure payment link to confirm your reservation. You will receive this amount as a credit for food and beverages at the restaurant/bar (no refund for unconsumed credit). Reservations are subject to availability and must be booked well in advance. Food and beverages from outside are not permitted at the beach club. NOTE: Food & beverages at the Jellyfish restaurant/bar and are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly at the restaurant. Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply! Blackout dates are specific dates during which the beach club access is not available, e.g. due to private events.

NOTE: Villa guests do not have access to the Melia/Palma Real Beach Club, which is only for property owners.

THE SPACE:

Villa Cheryl is a newly built (from 2025) 7-bedroom villa, 2-story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor palapa with BBQ area, movie theater, and fitness room!

Step through grand, open-air living areas with high ceilings and seamless indoor outdoor flow. Floor to ceiling glass, lush landscaping, and gentle breezes blur the lines between inside and out. In the evening, ambient lighting transforms the terraces, pool deck, and garden into a private haven.

Each bedroom is a private retreat, with luxurious bedding, ensuite bathrooms, and quiet views of tropical gardens or the sparkling pool. You’ll find multiple living lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, and al fresco dining spaces for intimate dinners under the stars.

Outside, the private pool is surrounded by generous lounge areas and shaded nooks — ideal for reading, poolside naps, or slow conversations. Tropical foliage ensures that every vantage feels secluded, yet open to gentle breezes.

Villa Cheryl has 7 bedrooms. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs.

Bedroom 1 (upstairs): The primary bedroom with 1 King bed, air-conditioning, 85-inch TV, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, and access to a private balcony with outdoor Jacuzzi and views of the pool and golf course.

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) with 1 king bed, air-conditioning, 55-inch TV, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, and balcony.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) with 1 Full bed, air-conditioning, 55-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs) with 1 King bed or 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, 55-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) with 1 King bed or 2 Twin beds, air-conditioning, 55-inch TV, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

Bedroom 6 (upstairs) with 1 bunk bed (Queen bed + Twin bed) and 1 Twin bed, air-conditioning, and ensuite bathroom with rain shower. This bedroom does not have a TV.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Butler: The Spanish- and English-speaking butler can serve drinks, and food, and generally helps around the house. The butler may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.

PLEASE NOTE: A separate rental agreement with house rules must be signed to complete the booking process. All villa guests must be registered with Cocotal Golf & Country Club before arrival. All outside guests must be registered, and an additional fee will be charged. The resort reserves the right to deny access to outside guests. The villa has security cameras by the front door and on the sides of the property.
