It has an open floor plan which includes a full kitchen, living room and one dining room table. We are so close to downtown you can gaze out the kitchen windows to see the downtown lights. There is a full-sized sleeper sofa to possibly accommodate a third guest. The guest house is its own space above the garage and is completely separate from the main house. Want a little more privacy? Check out the wireless blinds controlled by the push of a button.
