Only improvement would be to make sure you put a shield at end of the front door code. Otherwise, if someone follows directions word for word from what you send with entry the house is inaccurate. Thank you for a great stay! Beautiful view!

This property was located perfectly for what we were looking for in a quick getaway! It was barely a block and half from the beach, had a nice big parking spot, & the coded door/gate entry was convenient. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood where you can hear the tide coming in and the gulls calling to one another. It was clean and the seating/bedding was comfortable . (A blanket would’ve been nice and maybe a listing of local favorites, but aside from that, no notes!)

This was the perfect spot for our week long stay! Great access to the beach, restaurants and exploring nearby. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating the our needs. We would 100% come back and stay!

Significant noise from people upstairs playing video games until midnight and screaming. Floating shelf holding plates looks like it is about to fall. No plate in microwave.Great location. Comfortable beds.

The perfect sun-kissed escape! Spent the weekend with toes in the sand, listening to the crashing waves, and soaking up pure Vitamin Sea. If you need a total mental reset, Roberto's place is the absolute blueprint for relaxation. The description of The Shore is spot on. Communication was very responsive. Best of all, I left behind a personal item (very sentimental) and Roberto and his team got right on it and will ship it to me. A huge THANK YOU! I will be daydreaming of my next trip until my return. 10/10 recommendation!

This property location is fantastic in the WindanSea neighborhood of La Jolla. The beach is literally a block away as well several coffee/breakfast options within walking distance. You will need a car for grocery and/or accessing restaurants and other parts of La Jolla and San Diego. The apartment was very nicely appointed, clean and updated. It is roomy with two full bathrooms and all you would need in the kitchen. (They have a Nespresso machine which is great - pick up small sized pods for your stay). The unit is part of a fourplex so expect some noise and limited privacy. Roberto was an excellent host and accommodated our very late arrival. Great home base for a stay in La Jolla.

Host communicated very well. The place is wonderfully remodeled. Location was excellent. The place was very clean however, because no one had been inside for some time the garbage disposal stunk very bad. My wife finally found the source and cleaned the garbage disposal. We opened up the house and it took several hours to remove smell. Owner came with Candles to lite until smell went away. The amenities could be better. Example Olympics were on regular free NBC also Daytona 500 was on regular free Fox. Unfortunately the TV did not have any local free network channels. Thus I did not get to see the Daytona 500 nor some of the Olympics. Glad I did not stay during the Super Bowl. The place does have a location for a washer and dryer but no washer and dryer. For the price you naturally would think it would include a washer and dryer.
