• Second bedroom with two twin beds — ideal for kids or additional guests

1. Only one parking pass is available (no cost). There are nearby lots that allow additional vehicles to park overnight. We have no affiliation with those lots.
2. This condo is on the 3rd floor, which gives a beautiful ocean view but is accessible via steps only.
3. No pets are allowed via HOA. Failure to abide by this rule will result in a $250 fee.
4. These condos do not have w/d in the unit but there are facilities in the building that accepts coin and app pay.
5. The condo sleeps a max of 6 guests comfortably.

As a family owned condo we love to cater to other families. We have a highchair, baby tub, pack & play (with sheets) and baby diningware available upon request. We also have swim towels available upon request, if needed. Beach toys & a small cooler is available in the master bedroom closet for your use, along with some beach chairs (2-3 chairs)
