This luxurious beach retreat is in THE prime location! You can walk or bike to Publix grocery store (2 blocks), Big Daddy’s Liquor (1 block), local cafés, shops & dining. Or you can relax in the front yard Adirondack chairs and watch boats cruise along the Intracoastal — a perfect view of the Annual Pompano Beach Christmas Boat Parade! You will also be very close to Pompano Beach Park, Amphitheater & Golf Course, all accessible via the FREE Circuit Shuttle.

Inside the home, you will find brand-new kitchen appliances with an air-fryer oven, Kraus sink & auto ice-maker, plus a deep freezer for ice & beach gear. There is interior dining for 10 alongside a spacious living room with surround sound & dimmable lighting. The home comes with a baby-proofing kit to cover glass table corners and electrical outlets. Plus, all décor on the bookshelves is attached/secured via Velcro in case you have curious toddlers or crawlers.

The sunroom/game room has a twin sleeper for additional sleeping arrangements to accommodate everyone, and each bedroom has a large wall-mounted TV. The primary suite has dual sinks, and the second bathroom has a shower/jetted tub combo, making getting ready for the day — and unwinding from the beach — a breeze!

Extras include a washer/dryer, a utility sink, an iron & board, 2 hair dryers, and a gas-powered emergency generator.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
