You will access the property through a padlock at the front gate and a keypad at the front door. All of the property inside the fences is for your enjoyment. For your safety, please do not play on the rocks between the edge of the property and the lake. The sheds on the property are not for guest access. The dock may be used for personal watercrafts and there is a boat slip less than a mile from the property.
