* Extra persons not included at time of booking may incur additional charges.

ADMINISTRATIVE FEE:
A $300 Administrative Fee is collected at booking and is FULLY REFUNDABLE after checkout provided the home is left in good condition and no excessive cleaning is required.

This is to help ensure the property is respected and ready for the next guest to enjoy, and so we can keep our standard cleaning fee reasonable.

It's far and few between withholding this refund would be necessary - we know most guests (like you!) are courteous, but we've all heard the horror stories. This is just to help ensure guests respect the home and feel incentivized to treat it with care.

The Administrative Fee is refunded within 14-days of checking out (and as soon as possible) for those who help us keep Beartooth Bungalow in top shape for all to enjoy!

By booking this listing and staying at Beartooth Bungalow, you are acknowledging that you understand and agree to all terms contained in the Short-term Rental Agreement.
