The Space:

Sunlight pours through the sliding doors as you step onto a spacious patio, the private pool glistening beside a warm‑water hot tub. The scent of fresh‑cut grass mingles with the gentle hum of nearby waterpark splashes, inviting you to unwind after a day of Orlando thrills. Inside, open living areas and a game room promise endless family fun, while a fully equipped kitchen waits for shared meals and laughter under soft lighting.



Sleeping arrangements

The villa comfortably sleeps 13 across six thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. On the ground floor, Bedroom 1 features a king‑sized bed. Upstairs, Bedroom 2 offers another king‑sized bed, and Bedroom 3 is fitted with a queen bunk bed and trundle, perfect for three guests. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each contain two twin beds, and Bedroom 6 provides a third king‑sized bed. Every room is designed for restful nights and easy mornings.



Bathrooms

Five well‑appointed bathrooms ensure ample space for the whole group, with plenty of room to freshen up before heading out to the parks or after a day of adventure.



Indoor living spaces

Two generous living areas flow into a dedicated entertainment room, ideal for movie nights or board‑game marathons. The kitchen boasts stainless‑steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed to craft family‑style meals. Two indoor dining tables accommodate large gatherings, while an additional outdoor dining space lets you enjoy warm Florida evenings under the stars.



Outdoor living

Step onto the large patio where lounge chairs surround the private pool, and the hot tub offers a soothing retreat. A covered outdoor dining area provides a perfect spot for al fresco meals, and the expansive lawn invites kids to play or families to spread out for a picnic.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The Solara Resort Grand Clubhouse features an expansive water complex. A wave simulator offers a perfect opportunity to learn how to surf, or, if you are a seasoned surfer, show off your skills. The little ones will prefer the splash pad for some fun in the sun. Why not join them and let your inner child come out to play? When it’s time to take a break everyone will love to cool off with an ice-cream from the Solara Resort ice-cream parlor or a cold drink from the bar by the pool.



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side.



The garage has been converted into a game room. Therefore, indoor parking is not available.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Our grill is a propane grill. Please be advised that propane is provided by the guests. We have a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. We cannot guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, we provide a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
