Your cozy getaway awaits in Olathe at this adorable house. With 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and 1 full bed, this welcoming property is perfect for a group of guests. Enjoy the evening with the wood burning fireplace. There is also a comfy sofa bed for extra sleeping space. This is your home away from home with a fully stocked kitchen, complementary coffee and smoker grill on the private patio enclosed with a tall privacy fence. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our little cottage house. *No pets

On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the vacation rental was on a working Colorado homestead. It was a small working ranch with roaming cattle and a handful of goats that were all very friendly. There was an issue that the previous guests caused with the hot tub. Gabe worked hard to fix the issue and a few days later we were up and running. The unit is very clean and it is exactly like it looks like in the pictures. The unit is great for a couple and a few young kids that would love to sleep in a bunk bed. The outdoor patio with the hot tub is nice and very private. The unit windows over look the patio area and does not offer much of a view because of the privacy fence. However grab a patio chair because there a spectacular view 30 feet away that overlooks the cattle in the valley with the San Juan mountains in the backdrop. Absolutely a stunning view. Very peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking utensils and dishes that you will need. A Dollar General is about 10 minutes away so there is no need to drive into town for groceries or basic supplies. Gabe and Kennedy are great hosts and I would definitely recommend there small homestead for a short term vacation rental.
