This villa is great for hosting family and friends with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, TV room, open living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 car garage, pool, jacuzzi, home office area and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Swim, dine and relax as you watch beautiful sunsets from the backyard lanai overlooking a pond filled with Floridan wildlife. The pool is huge and suitable for lap swimming. The jacuzzi can be heated for an extra charge.

A large living room and kitchen opens up to the lanai and pool area equipped with lots of lounge chairs and seating for outdoor dining. The 4 bedrooms are accessible from the living room and the kitchen. The master bedroom is very spacious, has its own TV, direct access to the pool and a large bathroom with plenty of storage space. Two bedrooms with twin beds share a bathroom and one bedroom with a queen bed has its own private bathroom. From this bathroom you can access the lanai and the pool. The house comes fully equipped with bedding, towels and everything you need to feel at home.

Guests have access to the whole house, private pool and yard.

It`s an ideal place to relax, golf, bike, hike, fish, snorkel, rent a kayak, airboat or pontoon. In addition to golfing on the course out your backdoor, you can play 18 holes and dine at some of the most beautiful semi-private and public golf clubs in the area, including Skyview, Juliette Falls, Twisted Oaks and Inverness Country Club. Plan a trip to explore nearby Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park or one of the other local parks and lakes where you can swim with the manatees, an experience you can`t miss!

Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 21 years of age or older. The person who made the reservation must be present at check-in, or must provide prior authorization if someone else in their party will check in.

Smoking & Parties: Smoking and parties are strictly prohibited at all properties — no exceptions.

Guest Limit: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay at the property.

Parking: A maximum of three (3) vehicles is allowed per property.

Furniture: Please do not move furniture within the home.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.

Cleanliness: Guests are expected to leave the property in a respectful condition upon departure.
