Loved our time at this location and would highly recommend working with him. We will be back! Juan had great recommendations for local restaurants, shuttle service, and a private chef. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this to a friend, family, or strangers, asking advice about one of the best family vacation spots we’ve ever been to!

Wonderful place

Everything was perfect. Set back from beach on beautiful grounds. Pools and setting were lovely. Apartment is beautiful. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect getaway

Los Veneros is a beautiful property—gorgeous pools, just steps from the ocean. Not at all crowded and plenty of comfortable seating at all the pools and the beach with friendly and attentive staff. The condo itself was spacious, well maintained, and very clean. Juan was incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended!

Great Value

This place is a Gem. I could not believe how well appointed and decorated the condo was. The location was ideal for getting to town for dinner in Punta Mita. The security was impressive for the whole property. Juan was always responsive to any questions we had and his restaurant recommendations were greatly appreciated.

Awesome Week at Los Veneros

We stayed at Los Veneros for a week and really enjoyed the condo and surrounding facilities. We were 2 families with a total of 4 children under 7. The condo is very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities and also air conditioning. The beach is a short walk away and there are many pool areas to choose from. The resort restaurant was also quite convenient and very good. Overall I would highly recommend staying at Los Veneros and the owner was very responsive to any of our needs.

Beautiful upscale condo perfect for big family or group. kitchen is fully equipped for meals and entertaining. Lovely terrace. Lots of space in and around the resort. Large lovely pools. Gorgeous beach. Limited hours for the snack bar on the grounds but the W is right next to the property and we found a local restaurant down the beach. There is a good surf break to the right and kids were learning to surf in front of the resort with a nice instructor available. Great boogie boarding too. Only comment: I would suggest the condo be supplied with potable water and ice and not delay check in by ordering it upon guests arrival...and also to leave some info on the condo -how to use the TV, AC, where the trash should go etc so we don't bother the property manager... We would love to return.

Amazing Condo, Amazing Setting, Amazing Stay

Can't say enough about how nice this unit is and how great the Los Veneros complex is. We were celebrating a family wedding with our kids. Juan was exceptionally responsive through the booking, change in booking, and another change in booking process (patient too). He was also very accommodating on both our arrival and departure schedule. The unit is spacious, has a beautiful view, was very clean, has a well equipped kitchen (including high end appliances) and is very close to the W Hotel next door. We are already trying to figure out when we can return.

Incredible place

The place is so neat and peaceful. Vicente was a great host and always in touch. Our family of 6 we were very pleased with our stay. The apartment has everything and more that we ask for. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Thank you Vicente we hope to get back again soon.

Amazing place!

Our group of 6 absolutely loved staying at Los Veneros. The place was big enough for us to enjoy time together, and to have privacy in our own bedroom/bathrooms. There were plenty of different pools to choose from with very comfortable places to sit in and out of the shade. We also enjoyed the amazing surf and wonderful beach. We found some great little restaurants not far away that made for fun evenings. I highly recommend this place!

Love it!

The only reason why I put 4 stars instead a 5, it’s because it’s missing a lot of things for cooking... for example there is only 2 glasses of wine and all very old knifes and pan. Otherwise the condo, the beach, the pool and everything are totally wonderful. We gone come back for sure but in a other unit. Love Punta Mita!

beautiful resort and beach, very clean, great location, great food and staff,

Our experience at Los Veneros was superb. We loved the location - it's secluded but not remote and only a 10 minute drive to the town of Punta De Mita. The beach is nice and long with great waves for beginner surfers. The staff is lovely- very friendly and helpful. Easy access to the pools and the beach. The living space was amazing. Nice and spacious and clean, beautiful high ceilings, large deck and a sliding glass wall facing the ocean. Juan, the owner, was great to work with - he's very upfront, very honest and quick to respond to all communications. I wish everyone did business the way he does. The reason for four stars instead of five is that during our stay there was construction going on (which, obviously, is temporary) and there was not a place to eat breakfast, but this will change as well, as they are currently building a restaurant on the property. Would go back again in a heartbeat. My family had a wonderful vacation and experience there. Our four kids range in age from 9-14 and they all loved it.

Great stay at Los Veneros. Beautiful condo.

We had a terrific vacation at Los Veneros during winter break 2015-16. The accommodations were fabulous for two adults and two young children (ages 9 and 6). The condo was very clean and there was plenty of room for everyone. The housekeeper came every day to tidy up. The rooms are nicely furnished with excellent bathrooms and kitchen. Great view of the ocean from the huge balcony. The owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The pool was nice but we spent most of our time at the beach, which is beautiful. The water was warm and the kids loved body surfing in the ocean. We met some nice people there as well and everyone was friendly. The resort was not crowded and it didn't have a "touristy" feel to it, which was nice. Definitely recommend this place and hope to go back again soon!

Lovely apartment and location, shame about the building work

Los Veneros was recommended to us by a friend and we booked this apartment there from Juan, who owns the property. He was extremely helpful and professional and very speedy and proactive in getting back to me prior to the trip making things very easy. The apartment is set in a private residence and the setting is beautiful, with a few blocks close to long white deserted sandy beaches, and a large pool for each block, ample parking, security etc The apartment was new and very large and well appointed. It was cleaned every day by a maid and so it feels a bit more like being in a hotel, though with all the benefits of an apartment, i.e. kitchen etc The only really annoying thing about our stay and the reason we graded a 3, was that there is significant building work being carried out directly in front of the apartment and within Los Veneros. Every day this started early and ended late which meant that a relaxed laze by the pool, wasn't quite as relaxing, as it was accompanied by drilling, hammering etc. The restaurant/bar of the complex is presumably being built as part of this work, which means for the moment there is only a makeshift bar/restaurant at the very end of the complex. The food was good, but it's really more like a beach bar with basic tables and chairs in the sand. In terms of location, Veneros is still a bit of a drive for the nearest towns which if you like this and want to be away from it all, is great. However if you prefer some action, or eating out in the evenings say, it'd probably make sense to get a car so you can more easily get about

Excellent condo with modern furnishings

Our family of 5 stayed at this condo for spring break 2015. The condo is very nicely furnished, the beach is excellent and the pools, grounds, and beach club are top notch. The owner is very straightforward and easy to deal with. Los Veneros is about 10 minutes from the town of Punta Mita and is a stand alone development. I would very much recommend this condo and would vacation here again.

Great property, great location! Exceeded our expectations!!

We stayed at this property for a family vacation with children ages 8-11. About the unit: This is a great condo in superb conditions, very spacious areas, nice modern decor, top of the line (and very clean) appliances, comfortable furniture, great closets, well equipped with linens and towels and 5 star bathrooms!! . We mostly enjoyed the spacious areas and clean comfortable feel of the space. everything worked just perfect. The owner was very attentive to make sure everything was going well. About the resort: This is a very well thought out resort where even if it is at its full capacity it will never feel crowded because of the many pools, large gardens and nice beach club. The restaurant has a very good inexpensive menu, we found it very convenient when we decided not to cook, and the service is excellent. The beach club offers towels and a couple of buggy boards for the kids free of charge. There are many families here and what my kids enjoyed the most was the friends they made. About the beach: Probably the best of the Riviera Nayarit. Beautiful beach! Very clean, not rocky, nice warm water, we got medium sized waves, good for the kids. Full of surprises! Got to see turtles in a morning run, s, m and lg crabs, fish, and even got to eat fresh oysters that were just caught by fishermen right by the rocks next door to the resort! You can go without a car, and use the taxis that the resort can get you in no time. I would recommend renting a car just for the convenience of it. We found a good deal on the internet for a nice little SUV. It is easy to drive to the basic spots such as Nuevo Vallarta, Cruz de Huancaxtle, Sayulita, Punta Mita, Puerto Vallarta. Safe roads. This is a keeper!! We will definetly go back!

Best of both worlds in Punta Mita

We loved our stay at Los Veneros. We had visited the property before and knew a vacation was in order, but were not sure which property to choose. The owner was prompt in answering questions, easy to work with, and made our stay very easy (no crazy cleaning requests or rules.) The furnishings were simple but nice and very comfortable--particularly the beds. Everything was extremely clean and well-stocked, including the linens and towels; I am really picky when it comes to cleanliness, and my expectations were exceeded. The photos are very accurate. The resort is wonderful. Lots of places to relax and enjoy pool or beach time. The beach is beautiful and pristine, and the resort does a good job of keeping everything looking great. There are people around, but I have not felt crowded ever. We enjoyed some spa treatments, which were great (but bring cash because you cannot pay through the resort.) We chose to stay here because we like to cook and make drinks in our rental (although the restaurant is great in a pinch). We took several trips to La cruz de Huanacaxtle for fresh seafood, and the bus or a taxi is easy and convenient. I think this property is one of the best values in Punta Mita, and we will definitely return!
