Phoenix VII is one of the best condo complexes on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the 5th floor living room or master bedroom balcony. With over 1,100 sq ft the unit is very spacious.



The views are amazing from this 5th floor condo whether your lounging on the couch or enjoying your favorite beverage on the balcony. Also, there is a King bed in the master bedroom, two Queen sized beds and a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping up to 8. There is a 60'' HDTV in living room, a 50' in the master bedroom and a 40'' HDTV in the 2nd bedroom.



There is a large outdoor pool with a kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, saunas, a fitness center, and lighted tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix VII with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations.



We do have other units at Phoenix 7 should you need more space.



Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase from the front desk. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $30, 2-10 nights is $55, 11-31 nights is $100, 32-61 nights is $150, 62+ nights is $200. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.
