ゲストとして、18ホールのゴルフコース（有料）、水泳、釣り、テニスコート、シャッフルボードなど、コミュニティが提供するすべてをお楽しみいただけます！ コミュニティはウォーキングにも最適です。 または、必要に応じて、デッキまたは暖炉の前に座って、ワインやおいしい本をお楽しみください。

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy place in Linville, NC. The cabin was warm and inviting, with comfortable beds and an amazing fireplace that made our evenings perfect. The balcony patio was beautiful, and we especially loved the sunroom—it brought in so much natural light.The kitchen was very well stocked, which made meal prep easy. The location couldn’t be better: close to Linville Falls, Linville Caverns, Jonas Ridge, and Boone. The road to the property was well maintained and easy to navigate.Highly recommended! This was the perfect mountain getaway.

We primarily rented this place to have a place to sleep after a trip to Grandfather Maountain, but it was so much more than that. The fireplace was great and easy to operate, the home was cozy and inviting, very clean with simple and easy checkout instructions. Loved the Keurig machine and coffee selection, and the TV was easy to operate. Enjoyed popcorn and a movie before bed. Would definitely stay here again. One note - the room with the pullout sofa is cold if you dont have one of the provided space heaters that are available in the back bedroom closet..

The cottage was very cute and the perfect place to spend a quiet weekend! We loved that we were able to stay for only one night when many places require a two night minimum.

The house was cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace. It was a relaxing place to stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. We had a great stay!

Cute Neighborhood

We absolutely adored the property, however for 2 older women, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. We looked around and never found any other rolls… also, the fridge was off. We put food in it and it seemed to be on when we got there, however several hours later found our ice cream melted and the fridge was not on. Would have been good to have had a warning for that. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay. Beds comfy, quiet, and serene.

Great Place for a Cozy Visit

The property was very Cozy. It was well maintained for a well-established property. The flexibility of living space was welcomed and plenty of amenities. The space heaters were welcomed although well used and probably need an upgrade soon.

Thanksgiving week in Linville Falls

The property and host were both exceptional. We will be making more plans to visit the area and will certainly be in touch as repeat guests.

Great little cabin

My son and I enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and pleasant. We loved all the amenities in the neighborhood like pickleball and swimming at the pool and the lake.

Great place for our one-night stay

Comfortable cottage for our one night stay. The beds were a little on the firm side and we did see a couple of spiders but overall this was a great place for our short stay, with everything we needed at hand, and the host was quick to communicate. Thank you!!

Lovely stay

Lovely stay. This cottage had everything we needed for our weekend. Great location within Linville Land Harbor and also close to so many hikes this area has to offer.

Nice house in a great location. Seemed to be a retirement community. Wish I had been told more in advance about the 6 day out golfing sign up. Notifed 4 days out so I wasn't able golf, which was one of the reasons I choose to stay here. Pool closes at 6pm during the summer which was strange, but it's a retirement community so I get it. The QR code for the pool didn't work and I was hassled by the staff for 20 minutes trying to get my kids in the pool. Only able to swim for 30 minutes due to it closing at 6pm. We went once due to that. Owner was quick to respond to the issue, but still not a good experience. Probably will not stay here again due to inaccurate listing info and issues at the pool and not able to golf.

Unique vacation spot in wonderful location

My family of 4 enjoyed this quaint house during our stay in the mountains. Our only complaint was we couldn’t stay longer! The narrow roads in the neighborhood made my husband a little nervous, but thankfully we never met anyone on the road. Loved the view from the deck and the two living spaces.

As advertised -- and more!

was told that there is no heat. we definitely tested that theory - weather outside in 20's, but totally warm inside. place was very close to everything, and so much cleaner that the last one we rented in Linville. p.s. oven could use a 'little touchup'
