Located in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood, this gated, modern house is the perfect getaway place for a couple or family. Fully furnished with TVs, air conditioning and your own kitchen with a charcoal BBQ

The best beaches and sunset views of the island are a few minutes away, you'll find plenty of great restaurants, one of the biggest fresh market on the island and a nightly street food market, yet you'll live in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by lush jungle

The space
Brand new modern style house near tourist attractions like waterfalls, beaches, sunset, restaurants, elephants, aquarium, monkeys, boat tours and so much more. The best place to enjoy your holidays and relax.

>>> 28+ days or more have a 20% discount but doesn't include electricity and requires a 5000baht deposit upon arrival. Cleaning is included once per week

>>> 7+ days bookings have a 10% discount, includes electricity and a cleaning twice per week (if staying more than 1 week, otherwise only 1 cleaning). Requires only 1000baht regular deposit fee.

We are a Thai-Canadian family who has called this beautiful island home for many years. After exploring every corner of this tropical paradise, we've chosen to settle on the quieter West side of Koh Samui. Here, we embrace the true Thai way of life, enjoying activities like beach outings, exploring viewpoints, fishing, snorkeling, and paddleboarding.

We love sharing our way of life with our guests, but only if you're interested! Whether you want to immerse yourself in local culture or just enjoy a relaxing stay, we're here to make your visit special.

The West side of Koh Samui offers a more natural and tranquil environment. The locals here are exceptionally friendly, making it a welcoming place for everyone. This area is quieter and more authentic, far from the bustling tourist spots. You'll find empty but beautiful beaches where you can relax by yourself or enjoy the company of curious locals, not to mention we also have a more private access to the 5 star resorts in the surrounding area.

We're also closer to the island's most spectacular sunsets and some of the most interesting tourist attractions, such as waterfalls and boat excursions. It's a perfect blend of serene beauty and engaging experiences.

Our property is nestled in a genuine Thai neighborhood where most neighbors are from the upper middle class and respect the quiet nature of our small village. This is house is modern, well-equipped, and fully gated, ensuring your comfort and security.

One of the highlights is the nearby all-day fresh market (walking distance), which, along with a vast selection of restaurants offering both local and Western cuisine, and a night market, will fulfill all your foodie needs. The vast selection of fresh seafood from local fisherman will give you a just reason to use our charcoal bbq included in your rental.

Just a short trip on a motorbike, and you're already at the beach where you can enjoy a peaceful and private retreat, or attend an event to a world-class beachclub. Many bars and restaurants populate the shores and are ready to welcome you with the finest.

We’ve carefully selected amenities designed by travelers for travelers to make your stay very comfortable. Our fully equipped kitchen provides you the freedom to cook whatever you wish. Plus, the friendly owners live nearby, so if you need anything, they’ll be happy to help.
