Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. We do want to clarify a few points for future guests. Additional toilet paper and towels are always stocked in the hallway closet cabinet, which is accessible during every stay. The back door is secured with a door stop locking mechanism designed to prevent it from opening from the outside, and we have not had prior concerns regarding its function. The thermostat is a touchscreen unit and can be adjusted, and we’re always available to assist if anything is unclear. We wish you had reached out during your stay, as we respond quickly and would have been happy to resolve any concerns right away. Our goal is to provide a comfortable experience for every guest, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to improve.
