Experience the perfect blend of luxury and accessibility in this brand new home, built in 2025. Located just one mile from the heart of Douglas and Saugatuck, this residence was custom-designed by experienced vacation rental owners specifically to meet every guest's need. Whether you are here for the local beaches, boutique shopping, or a quiet nature retreat, this home offers a seamless, one-level living experience with stunning views of our private pond and wooded acreage.
The Layout
This home is designed for effortless movement with true zero-entry access from all entrances. Every interior wall is insulated for sound, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay for everyone in your group. The home features three spacious bedrooms, each offering the luxury of a private ensuite bathroom:
The Primary Suite: Overlooks the rear yard and pond. It features a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a 72”x36” zero-entry shower, complete with a bench and handheld wand.
Bedroom 2: Includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Includes a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The Den: Double doors provide privacy for this extra space, which utilizes a queen air mattress and has easy access to a half-bath just around the corner.
Chef’s Kitchen and Dining
The gourmet kitchen and walk-in pantry make hosting a breeze. High-end appliances include a five-burner gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, and a dedicated beverage refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for eight or the breakfast bar with three stools. Just steps away, you will find a large three-burner gas grill for outdoor cooking.
Relaxation and Entertainment
Screened-In Porch: Located right off the kitchen, this is the perfect spot to dine and relax while staying protected from the elements.
Hot Tub and Custom Fire Pit: Step outside to find a brand new hot tub and our hand-crafted, custom-built fire pit. It is the perfect spot for roasting marshmallows and gathering under the stars.
Heated Game Room: The three-car garage has been transformed into an entertainment hub featuring shuffleboard, darts, PacMan, electronic basketball, and giant Jenga.
Fenced Yard: The rear yard is totally fenced, providing a secure space to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds.
Nature and Location
The property is a haven for wildlife. Watch deer wander by or catch a glimpse of the giant blue heron that frequents our pond. The location offers incredible sunrises and sunsets, and the clear night sky allows for stargazing directly from your bed. Enjoy free EV charging during your stay! Our secure, covered garage features a dedicated 240V, 50-amp NEMA 14-50 outlet for fast Level 2 charging at zero extra cost. Please note that guests must bring their own mobile connector cable to plug into the outlet.

Teri’s place was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our couples getaway to the lake! I would definitely recommend this place for friend and families as it was close to the fun in town but also secluded enough to enjoy the quiet!

WOW! We’ve been doing VRBO’s from the very beginning and this is by far the best place for sure! Would definitely recommend. It’s a beautiful new home with all of the amenities you would need. Great location if you are wanting to visit Saugatuck or Holland areas. Priced competitively for the marketplace. We will be back!

Great location and the house inside is even better! We enjoyed all the garage games, hot tub, and outdoor space, plenty of room to spread out. The house was so clean, well stocked, and had a great layout it made it easy to enjoy time spent with friends and family.

We had a wonderful stay at this house in Fennville! It was spotless and exactly as described in the listing — no surprises, just as advertised. We were genuinely impressed with the property. There was plenty of space for our group of 5, and the setting is a real hidden gem, tucked away in the woods for a peaceful, private feel. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The host was also great with communication and very responsive throughout our stay. We'd absolutely stay here again next time we're in the area!

The house was spotless and EVERYTHING is high end quality! It was nice to have access and use of the attached garage! Having bathrooms attached to each bedroom is a plus! We really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the screened in porch area for morning coffee and the hot tub was great in the evenings. Location was also great. Not too far from town and local wineries. Host was easy to get a hold of and answered promptly.

This house is so beautiful! I’m coming back with my girlfriends. It’s such a beautiful brand new home on a property to match. The pond looks like a private river. The hot tub is so easy to use. I came with my mother, sister and Aunt and we felt like we were on HGTV but living in the beautiful home. It’s my dream home. It’s so close to Douglas’s and Saugatuck! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! Best house I’ve stayed in and I’ve been renting VRBO since it began.

This property is so beautiful. The three bedrooms were wonderful with each having their own bathroom plus a extra half bath. This was a easy drive to holland, michigan to see the fabulous tulips.

The house was perfect! All the rooms were nice with bathrooms attached to each bedroom. Plenty of space for everyone and multiple fun games provided. The fenced in backyard was so nice and ample seating outside whether on the patio, near the pond, or by the firepit. There was also a screened in porch to sit outside and eat. The hot tub was nice as well. Highly recommend this house

Great communication from the Host before we got there, while we were there and even after we left. We had a great time. Very clean home and nice large backyard for our dogs to roam around a bit. Garage was all set up as a game room which came in handy when it rained. Very peaceful place to stay. Quiet. We enjoyed the occasional deer that could be seen just beyond the backyard fence. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower was truly awesome! We love this area of Michigan and would love to come back for another stay.

This house is absolutely beautiful. We were lucky enough to be the first guests to stay at the property and it was everything I expected and more! Plenty of space. Loved that each room had its own bathroom. Being able to park in the garage was a huge plus as it rained our entire stay. We were then able to enjoy all of the games in the garage! Would definitely stay here again. The property was 1000/10!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with so many little extras that made our vacation easier. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry baskets, plenty of trash bags, and all of the small conveniences that many rentals don’t provide. It really felt like the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.The only suggestions we have would be to add beach chairs, as that would have been a great amenity for guests visiting the area. We also noticed a few minor housekeeping issues upon arrival, including some dog fur in the home and a razor and bar of soap left in the shower from a previous guest. These were small issues and didn’t take away from our overall experience, but we wanted to mention them for future stays.Overall, we had a fantastic vacation here and would gladly stay again.

We had a great stay! The layout of the house was perfect for our group of three couples, each bedroom has its own en suite, which was so convenient. The hot tub and enclosed porch were our favorite parts of the house. we weathered a storm last week, but you could hardly hear anything because of the high quality windows. The kitchen was stocked with serving items and there is plenty of storage in the fridge and Butler pantry. Also one of the cleanest houses that we have rented.

We have owned homes in the area since 2012. We love the area and all it has to offer. There are so many things to do and places to eat that we are always trying something new. We also like the diversity of people that make up the area.

We built our home in Serenity Pines because we liked the location close to town. We also love living in the woods and being around wild life. It is a perfect fit for us.

Our property has many unique features. Being in a wooded area with a pond is such a treat. Watch the deer wander by or the many varieties of birds in the area. Having a rear fenced yard with a hot tub fire pit and a place for the dogs to roam is wonderful. Multiple outdoor seating areas are also a plus. The screened in porch is a perfect place for outdoor dining. The sunrise and sunsets are amazing. Watch the brilliant stars on a clear night. The house and the grounds were designed with our guests needs in mind. The large game area in the heated garage will be fun for all. There are many areas to relax, read a book, enjoy the outdoors or share a wonderful meal.
The interior of the house is open and inviting. Each bedroom has their own bath, the den has comfy recliners and a large tv. It can also act as a 4th sleeping area. The chefs kitchen is a cooks dream. The living area with beautiful views is open with high ceilings, large windows and a cozy fireplace.
