Exactly as advertised! Excellent location with free parking and easy access to the LV Monorail.Top end appliances in a very well equipped kitchen. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. Ean and Lisa are excellent hosts and were very responsive to my questions. I cannot recommend them and this property highly enough!I'll definitely be back!!

Everything was wonderful about this stay. Check-in was fast, communication with the property manager was easy, they checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find coffee, creamers and water on hand. We made breakfast each morning in the beautifully equipped kitchen and were able to enjoy a coffee before heading out for the day. I would stay here again without hesitation and recommend them over and over again. Thanks so much

Everything about the room was as described and pictured. Ean was a great host who gave good direction and was gracious enough to let us check in a little bit early since we arrived earlier than anticipated.

Our hosts went above and beyond during our stay. They not only provided waters and treats, but also a special gift because of our anniversary! The home was clean and the view was incredible. Ean and Lisa were always ready daily for any needs or concerns we had. We've stayed at several MGM hotels and high end suites, but none of them compare to this one. Thank you again for such a beautiful home away from home.

This was our first time back in Vegas since 2010 when we had our destination wedding. We also stayed at the Signature Towers then. This was an excellent property and stay! We couldn’t have been more pleased with the communication, cleanliness, and location. Little things like bottled water, extra linens and towels, kitchen needs, etc. were nice touches. The coffee station with pods and creamers was a nice and appreciated surprise too. Communication from Ean was great and left now questions that needed answering. Location was perfect that made walking to the Strip easy, grabbing an Uber was simple, and the staff was great. We would definitely stay here again.
