The space

The seating space includes a spacious sectional that encourages rest and conversation. A 50 inch Samsung QLED Smart TV is available for movies, shows, or sports, allowing quiet evenings indoors when desired.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances, cookware, dishware, and essentials suitable for preparing meals of any style. Whether you are cooking a quick breakfast or gathering for a prepared dinner, the dining table provides a comfortable space to eat, talk, and enjoy time together without rush or distraction.
This suite includes three bedrooms, each arranged to support peaceful sleep and personal privacy. Every bedroom features a queen bed with soft bedding and supportive mattresses. Other things to note
One parking space is included. Extra parking is available at Green P Parking Lot 18 located at 351 Keele Street, which is about a five minute drive from the suite. Rates vary based on day and duration and can be useful for groups traveling with more than one vehicle.
The suite accommodates up to six guests in total, including infants and children. This limit supports comfort, safety, and quality of stay.
Building amenities such as fitness areas, resident lounges, rooftop areas, and similar facilities are reserved for full time building residents and are not available for guests. These policies are set by building management and apply to all short term stays in the property. We ask guests to respect these guidelines during their stay.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. This helps maintain a comfortable environment for both neighbors and guests. Please be mindful of noise levels during these hours, including on the balcony and in shared hallway areas.
